Quiet the Chaos
This medicine is really helping me and the lemon lekking (empty the capsule and soak it in lemon juice for at least ten minutes to eradicate chitin and lessen stomach drama) was an awesome tip. I'm a lot less nauseous! I have pretty intense PTSD and I cannot believe how much this medicine helps me bypass my wacky amygdala...calms the fight or flight panic, and stops the horrid ruminating and repeating thoughts that were torture. I take people's harmful behavior less personally now, and can see them objectively... I don't get nearly as upset and unable to function. The medicine makes me detach into universal awareness where I can take grounded protective action to take care of myself. I want others to know there is help out there! Free and happy at last
I honestly can’t believe how much microdosing has pulled me out of the hole. I was slipping into a really dark depression again — something that’s been a pattern for me for years. Antidepressants never worked for me; I took them for over ten years and tried every single kind and combination out there. Nothing ever gave me real relief or helped me feel like myself.
Since I started microdosing psilocybin (five days on, two days off) — and doing some ketamine-assisted therapy alongside it — I feel like a completely different person. Lighter. Clearer. Free. There’s this peace and presence in me that I honestly didn’t think I’d ever feel again.

As someone who has tried many traditional pharmaceutical medications for mental health purposes, we have come to realize that they simply do not work for my brain. I did exceptionally well on ketamine treatments but it is very costly. The next option for me to try was microdosing. It has helped SO MUCH with my PMDD. I feel 10x better.

Brain Booster Plus First Try
I bought 30 capsules of the Brain Booster Plus and did 5 days on, 2 days off, 3 capsules a day except the first day, which I took only 2.
I cannot say I felt any different in my performance. The very first night, I saw some incredible geometric patterns as I fell asleep. I am a very lucid dreamer, and this was out-of-the-ordinary even for me, but afterwards, nothing new. I will say my stomach feels full after taking. I have had weight issues for several years, and these capsules seem more effective in making me feel full and not want to eat. I would buy them just for that purpose alone.
I want to be as fair as possible, and maybe it takes longer for any noticeable effects to appear. I will buy another supply, mostly for the appetite suppressing feature, which I do give 5 stars for (not advertised by the way,) but if I notice any concentration improvement, I will revise my review.
