This is a corrupt company

This is a corrupt company - DO NOT place an order with them. They will have a "third party" company contact you to pay additional "shipping fees" due to tariffs. It is all a scam.🤮🤮😡😡‼️‼️

Basically Sports Direct

Didn't realise this was basically Sports Direct - something for £35 including delivery from SoulCal's own website. It came in a sports direct pack, with a label on it for £15. Tried to contact customer services via SoulCal and I was unable to - the 'contact us' just leads to a series of Q&As and there is no way to contact anybody that I can see. Eventually, I just refunded the item and then bought it on sale for £9! Even with their ridiculous delivery charge, this was better. What a rubbish set up!

Charged full price for a product on special

Whilst I am delighted with the hoodie I ordered, and the service was prompt and efficient, when the goods arrived they had a marked down sticker for half the price I had been charged online! I feel that is a bit of a rip off!

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would.
Inferior product, guaranteed, somehow is not actually guaranteed. I have never seen a poorer facsimile of what is pictured on the website than what I received. (Fairy garden sculptures, 3 different designs) They are slow to respond, and are not backing their product as stated. I am not receiving a full refund that they guaranteed if not satisfied.

SCAM ARTISTS!

I was looking for a new pair of shoes and like the look of their black low canvas shoes. So I emailed asking a few basic questions about their shoes. It's been two weeks and they refuse to answer a simple question. Dirty useless shameful excuse for customer service

flip flops

I bought SoulCal flip flops. They are reasonably comfortable but they discolour a lot and stain my feet. I cant use use them. Bad design and not good for the environment.

Not SoulCal - you pay ‘Sports Direct’

Appears soulcal is really sports direct don’t be fooled. This is what PayPal email address has on record.
Ordered a tracksuit from them, had to send back the bottoms back, way too big. Sending them back has been the problem. I used hermes (so tracked) says they have been delivered but nothing weeks on. I used an online form to contact them (left the 14 days as requested on the site) which once you have filled the form in it says ‘failed’ leaving an address to write to, are you kidding me? All seems a bit suspicious and wish I had not used this company. You literally can’t contact them. I have contacted them now using PayPal, first I just sent an email from the transaction, but have just opened a dispute with them. Hopefully they will communicate with me now, why do I even have to do this with companies. Especially a big company like Sports Direct (even know I used soulcal) Too many cheating companies out there at the moment. I have had enough of ordering online now, it’s just a disaster too many con artists out there now even the well know names. I truly give up.
Shame on you
Thank god I have PayPal for a bit of insurance.
