A bit disappointed
Okay so it took a while to come which found out it was coming from China which is fair enough things take their time. The rabbit is very cute BUT most of the pictures are distorted, the tummy pictures are pretty good BUT the ears have seriously let the whole rabbit down. Hence why 3 stars. If the pictures weren't distorted it would of easily been 5 stars. For the price I would of expected better quality. Not sure if bubble wrapping the product would of helped in transit. It is a brillaint idea to have pictures on a plushy but unfortunately I am quite disappointed about the ears.
UPDATE: They contacted me, I wish to not send the item back because it is a meaningful gift from my fiancé, they have been very kind and helpful and offered me a bit of money for the inconvenience so I have given another star to reflect this. Thank you for getting back to me.

I waited weeks for a personalised item to arrive, only for it to be made incorrectly despite providing clear instructions when placing the order. The mistake was entirely on their side, and they later admitted that my instructions had not been correctly interpreted during production.
What was even more frustrating was their response when I asked them to put things right. Instead of taking responsibility and issuing a full refund for an item they had admitted was made incorrectly, they initially offered me just £5. After weeks of waiting and receiving an item that wasn’t what I ordered, being offered £5 felt insulting and showed a complete lack of regard for customer satisfaction.
They then increased their offers to £10 and later £14.63, but continued refusing to provide a full refund despite acknowledging the error was theirs. At every stage, it felt like they were more concerned with minimising their costs than looking after a customer who had paid good money for a personalised product.
If a company genuinely cared about its customers, it wouldn’t make them repeatedly argue for a fair resolution after admitting fault. The whole experience has been disappointing from start to finish.
I would not order from this company again.

Dont waste your money
I used this company last year and loved the item.
I used the company again last month and was so disappointed.
It wasnt the correct size I ordered the photo had lines going through and the song I chose was written on the product but the sound was Japanese.
I reached out numerous times but not ince has anyone got back to me.
I will not be using this company again

Ordered the stacking Russian Dolls as a Fathers Day gift.
The quality isn’t great at all.
The largest doll won’t open so you can’t stack the rest inside it. The other 3 dolls are really hard to open.
The sizing of the dolls is nothing like advertised - the 3 smaller ones are very small and the smallest doll is so tiny it’s a choking hazard.
Tried emailing and going through their customer service portal - complete waste of time - can’t get through to anyone as you end up going round in circles - very frustrating.
It’s a shame as the advertised ideas look good but the product in reality is unusable.

Very poor quality photo printing and customer services will not offer any compensation for such a poor quality product. Given how expensive it was I was very disappointed and will never buy from them again

Unauthorized added charges- beware!!!
They add charges such as "shipping insurance" & "VIP charge". So basically paying for no added service, just charges they created to scam people, they even tried to get me to add a TIP....a tip for what?!? They aren't a restaurant.....

What a waste of money! I paid for priority delivery which took over a month to arrive and once it has arrived the photos on the rabbit are hardly visible, the rabbit is tiny and you have to twist the rabbit’s ears back to even see the photos. I paid nearly £40 for this, I wouldn’t have paid £5!

AVOID. Their products are absolute garbage and their customer service is even worse. Ordered a personalised gift for Father’s Day - it arrived looking like a school art project and nothing like the website photos. I asked for either a refund or a replacement if they could actually produce what their photos show. Since then I’ve had a week of circular emails with customer service about supplying new photos, errors on the order, updating information. I now just want a refund and to never have to deal with this company again but no one is listening, it’s like talking to a robot. Such a waste of time and money.
UPDATE 2/6: I have now been refunded, less the delivery fee.

I loved the products because they made such personal and memorable gifts! The customer service was great because even when there was a small glitch, they responded in a timely fashioned with kindness and very thorough and helpful instructions.
