The planner was of mediocre quality. not worth the price. I have counted it a loss and ordered from another company.

The diaries arrived and I am was so pleased with mine I ordered 2 more for my daughters. It was fun to personalise mine and theirs and will be with us for the rest of the year, with just how we want it laid out. Thank you - will be back at the end of the year!

After buying a few journals I have found traits to praise and critique.
Quick turn around, variety of finishes and colours, as well as decent customisability without becoming so detailled each journal is a trial.
My critique is the amount of waste with each journal purchase. I'd greatly appriciate an option to buy a refillable, lever folder as I can often have quite a few free pages to transfer which requires disassembling and reassembling the entire journal. It would also mean significantly less platics usage (covers, pockets, rulers) as well as saving elastic, inks, labour and metals.

Always great quality and tons of options to customize my calendar. Fast shipping and fair price for something completely custom. I’ve purchased this 4 year in a row making minor changes to my design. Would love some more cover options (tho honestly they have a lot) but not a huge deal when you can also supply your own image.

Not the cheapest, but, you get what you pay for!

I placed my order on the 24th of November (5 weeks ago) and it’s yet to arrive. A new one was sent, but still on a slow, untracked service despite letting them know it was needed for the 1st of January, and they don’t seem to care at all. No compensation given, or any attempt to get the order out on time

Edit: a replacement was sent, I contacted customer support as they put it on a 2 week untracked service again despite me requesting a faster service because it was intended for the 1st of January. I asked for a refund as they could not get it to me in time and I needed to purchase elsewhere, and they refused. In this day and age, 2 weeks and untracked should not be the only option.

As usual, the planner is amazing. Great quality, the ability to design almost every part as we want, and the delivery was quite fast. :)
I highly recommend it.

Love it except the hard cover is hard to close. It gets stuck on the spiral binding. Would like it better if it was a plastic cover.
