Climbers and more
Plants were in very good condition when delivered. They were packaged very well to keep them from being damaged in transit. We are extremely happy with our purchase from Soto Gardens and will definitely use them again.

Very very slow delivery time and then…
Very very slow delivery time and then no indication by courier of when they would come. Spoken by phone to them and asked for delivery wry to not be left on my doorstep. It was. And with the heavy wooden pallet too which I then had difficulty disposing of. All round annoying.

My second order from Soto…
My second order from Soto and really pleased. I ordered a 5m collection for a shady border and all the plants arrived well packaged, in really good condition, in large pots and with good root system. There was a hiccup with DPD which meant the delivery came late which while annoying to sort out wasn’t Soto’s fault. You are able to select a convenient delivery date when you order. Soto customer service were very good calling me back and attempting to track the items down, and I am confident if it hadn’t been resolved they would have sorted it out and resent the order.
I really like Soto’s business model, they take the guess work out of planting combinations and the quality of the plants is excellent. I am sure this won’t be my last order.

Cannot recommend soto gardens more! Plants arrived on time, really healthy, and are growing really well. One of my plants had lost its label so I wasn’t sure where to plant it and I was phoned within minutes of sending an email enquiring. Really impressive customer service
