Absoultely Joke of a company! Taken £50 to date for a purchase I've never recieved and when contact customer service just get ignored and hung up on! The Proof is on my bank statement! Been past to Ombudsman!!!!!!!

Scam of a company
Thought I was buying a pair of shoes at a discounted price. Instead, once the money had gone from my account I had supposedly signed myself up for a membership to “sosweethomes”. Not only am I not getting what I thought I was paying for, but they also refused to give me the money back. This company is definitely a scam. AVOID

Error made and corrected by company
I had never heard of this company until I saw 3 payments being taken out of my account by them. Tried to contact on website but was dissatisfied with response, and so escalated my complaint. I was then contacted by head office and Eugene has apologised for the error and is now processing a refund.
