I haven’t received my items yet but already need to write a review to express my gratitude to the customer service provided to me over the weekend.
I have had my eye on a necklace … or two from Soru for a while and when I got a bit intoxicated on my birthday I pressed send on my order from my phone without reviewing what I had in my cart. I immediately emailed customer service that I ordered two too many of the necklace I wanted and by the next day (this was the weekend mind you) I already had a response that my order would be corrected and my additional funds sent back.

I ordered the Treasures Sun earrings (absolutely stunning, though just a bit too warm for my skin tone). When I made my return, I left this feedback—and was genuinely blown away when Zahide reached out to offer a custom pair in sterling silver! I’ve never known a jewellery brand to go to such lengths, especially at no extra cost.

In the end, I realised I’d prefer them in a champagne gold rather than silver, so I won’t be going ahead with the custom order. But still—what an incredible experience. I may be returning the earrings, but I’ll definitely be back!
