10 years of great service
I have used Sort Refer for over 10 years and have always had great service. When there is problem with a firm of solicitors they are always on hand to help. Highly recommend.

Fantastic proposition and fantastic service
I always instruct Solicitors through Sort Refer for added peace of mind. It's very rare that I ever need additional support but on the odd occasion I haven't had the response I need from a firm, having a point of contact at Sort refer is great as they really take ownership of things and ensure a resolution is reached. Ruth and Paul are both amazing and go out of their way to provide support which is next level. Being able to offer the second search promise to Clients is so valuable along with their no completion, no fee structure.

Dreadful
Dreadful. 3 re-mortgages took 4 months to complete no communication. No replies, constantly chasing.
Case handler repeatedly changing with no notice, asking for information after it had already been provided. Customers unhappy.
In fairness I have never experienced bad service in 8 years of referring but this just fell apart at the seams.
