the reseller is so bad
these are the things he did:
1: paid 30€, to not get a instant key
2: been waiting 3 hours
3: made a ticket, all i get is “please wait
4: 3rd time having this issue
5: he is bombing my mail

This transaction was flagged as Fraudulent by our payment processor, Stripe, and has been resolved with a full refund. After searching for the other potential orders in accordance to the claim, "3rd time having this issue," we were unable to locate any further transactions associated with this user. When creating a ticket, this user was told, by a discord staff member, to wait for an administrator who had access to our database for further assistance. Our discord staff do not have access to order info for security reasons, which is why there was a small wait time. As for "bombing my mail," we were unaware of how many emails Trustpilot was sending to our customers regarding leaving a review. We appreciate that this issue was reported and have now fixed it.
