Item never arrived. Had to contact them. They said item was coming straight from supplier and would chase. Then cancelled my order saying it was out of stock. When I checked it was still in stock and then didn’t respond.

you didnt cancel the order once you realised, it was cancelled 2 weeks after the order after I chased it becuase it hadn't arrived. You also told me that it would be coming for a company Olli and Ella not yourselves and it is very much in stock on their website so again another lie!

Poor customer service. Ordered product with plenty of time before Christmas. Took them a week to ship the product. Now they tell me it’s been shipped, but it’s not with the courier yet. Definitely won’t arrive in time for Christmas, so my child is without a present from his parents. No response to emails or phone calls. This may be a small, family run business, but that’s no excuse for over promising on what you can deliver.

I never received my order. After emailing multiple times, the customer service team were slow to respond and did not want to help get it resolved. Their courier company delivered it to the wrong house. Made an order for my best mate's little boy, so really frustrated I've just lost my money.

As per the comment below; I contacted Soren's House a few weeks after ordering and didn't hear back. They 'delivered' the package to a neighbour doors away (not my immediate neighbours) and it was never received by any of them.

Overall - really disappointed with the customer service from Soren's House. They've continued to argue with me instead of resolving the issue, and I've lost my money, without the items I initially ordered.

I originally had a missing item from an order placed early august, they sent this out but was faulty. Since I have chased to find out where my replacement order is and was advised 2 weeks ago they would chase this up for me.

Have since tried contacting them 2 or 3 times to chase order, ask for a refund and heard nothing. So very disappointed with service and still await to hear from them to resolve mid September.

I just love this store! Perfect time and time for my godsons gifts! Love the choice. Thank you!

Just received another parcel from Soren's House. A lovely selection of bits and bobs for my manager before he heads off on paternity leave. Lovely quality, well packaged and arrived Monday morning despite me placing my order end of last week which was a bank holiday!! :)

This store is perfect if you are looking for beautiful, unique and high quality presents for children and loved ones.
I have used Soren's House several times now and it is quickly becoming my go to shop online!
Orders always arrive promptly, in lovely packaging and the service is fantastic.
I would highly recommend and regularly do to friends and family.

Really unhappy with response of customer service. Awaiting for 8 days to hear about delivery of a banwood bike to our granddaughter. It will be her birthday tomorrow and am trying to get my order but no helpful response from customer service. I've checked product page and it says delivery within 3 to 4 working days.

Speedy customer service. Replied quickly to my query. Unfortunately didn’t need the product anymore but the refund came within a few days.

If your looking for thoughtful, unique and excellent quaility presents for your loved ones, then this is the place. Purchased gifts for my Nephew on several occasions and they always arrived promptly with a well organised ecommerce system ensuring the order arrives on time as expected.

My only critism is that there's too many nice things to choose from!

I have sent several emails chasing a refund over the past few weeks with no response.

Ordered two stainless steel liewood bottles for my boys. Been using these bottles for some time now and they are absolutely brilliant! Usually £25 but Soren's house sells them for £17!
Delivery was very fast and customer service is vert quick to respond.
Definitely recommend them x
