I placed an order for my son’s 16th birthday and back to school on July 16, 2025. Order ID: DSH40789. The order amount was $138.90. I haven’t received no updated information. My son birthday is tomorrow and I don’t have none of his shirts I ordered and school starts August 1, 2025. I am single mother who lives in a budget after his dad passed. I do not have the money to go out and re buy anything. This is so horrible that I will not have the items he wanted for his birthday pictures or his school clothes. I reached out twice via email and have t got no response. I’m so upset I’m literally in tears. If I could give zero stars I would. I’m very upset and disappointed.
