Huge Delay

I made an order on August 4 and was told it would 1-3 business days to proceed and another 8-11 to ship it’s been over two weeks(14 days) since then and my items are still awaiting shipping. The products are nice but the delay is frustrating. My order number is ZMM20263.

I ordered from this company over two…

I ordered from this company over two months ago. It took them about a month to ship out my stuff because they wanted confirmation on my email nonetheless when I did receive my package none of the items matched what they depict online!! The colors are not as vibrant, and the sizes definitely do not align ! Even after sizing up some of the items did not fit… Super annoying I contacted. They contacted me back, saying that since this was a Chinese base brand that it would cost too much to return, and they offered me a coupon code. My slow self ordered again, hoping to get better items and was even more disappointed with the second order Honestly, nothing that they show is what you’re going to receive the quality is not as good as described or shown I’m trying to get this resolved as we speak now I’ve spent over $300 and I’m not satisfied with anything I bought

This is taking way too long. Did I get scammed?

Ordered my boyfriend’s clothes for his birthday the 8th of August for his birthday the 24th. I still haven’t received my package, and my shipment update is still the same…what’s going on??

Only buy if you want to wait 25+ days for your items to be delivered.

Terrible experience I wish I can give them 0 stars. Well to start off, my daughter wanted "back to school" clothes so I decided to place my order on July 18. Their email said my items would be shipped out "ASAP". A week goes by and still no update. I then look on Trustpilot and I saw all the bad reviews and I then get cold feet. I then look at their shipping policy and thought well I still have time for it to ship out in time. A few more days go by and the item still hasn't shipped. I then email them asking for questions. They said it takes time because its still in production in a factory.

I then send them an email to cancel my order. They responded days later saying "please don't cancel' then its followed by a long paragraph basically trying to stall so they can still ship. Knowing what they're up to, I still tell them to cancel. They say a department would handle the request.

Days go by and I now a get email stating that my order has shipped. Now I'm upset because they shipped the items anyway and my daughter doesn't want the items no more. I then ask for a return label since they went against my wishes to cancel the order. I got another email stating "another department will handle the request. Weeks later my items finally arrive 27 days later and I still don't have a return label. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Order Still Not Shipped

Order Still Not Shipped – Extremely Frustrating

I placed an order on August 7, 2025, and it is still showing “Awaiting Shipment.” Sopula’s website promises 1–3 business days for processing and 7–8 business days for shipping to Canada, but my order is now far beyond that timeframe.

I needed these items before September 4, 2025 for school. I have contacted support requesting a shipping update and tracking number, but received no timely response.

This delay is unacceptable. As a Canadian consumer, I am entitled to timely delivery of goods purchased, and failure to deliver may result in disputes through my payment provider and reports to consumer protection authorities.

I cannot recommend Sopula due to their unreliable shipping, lack of communication, and poor customer service.

i ordered back to school clothes and didn’t receive anything and it’s been weeks , if i could get this app banned i would , i spent $100 of my money , as a kid it is hard to make your own money so i don’t appreciate this at all / this is the day after i wrote the review , they sent shirts after i wrote this so i feel like they only sent them bc of the reviews , other than the poor delivery the shirts are good quality and i like the way they look

I’m beginning to worry that I may have…

I’m beginning to worry that I may have been scammed. On August 4, 2025, I placed an order totaling $252.80 for my son’s first day of school. To this day, I still haven’t received a confirmation email—something I find very concerning. Normally, I wouldn’t have ordered from a site with so many negative reviews, but the glowing 5-star ratings persuaded me (marketing at its finest). I decided to trust my son’s choice and placed the order for him.
Since then, I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times but have received no response. Today marks 11 days—9 business days—since I placed my order, and I still have no confirmation or update regarding Order ID: ZMI37566.

Slow order delivery and customer service is lacking

I ordered 4 shirts totaling around $172. I placed the order on 7/31 and another order on 8/2. Three of the shirts were custom Tshirts for my wife's birthday weekend. I placed the order in enough time to receive them for her birthday (8/16) per the website processing (1-3 bus. Days) and shipping (8-10 bus. Days). Here we are at 8/14 and the orders still sat "Awaiting Shipment". I contacted Customer Service and they told me that all orders required "Production Time", which isn't detailed on the website at all. I have been watching the orders since 8/4 and they have said "Awaiting Shipment" since that time. Customer Service didn't even offer to try and expedite it.

Worst clothing site ever

Worst clothing site ever. I placed my order on the 17th of july, it is currently august 11 almost a month since my order was placed. And when i go back to the sopula website to check on my order, It tells me its been shipped. shipped where ??!! Im not sure if this is some kind of BS joke you guys are playing but you need to fix this. Im trying to request a refund but I have to wait 90 days ??!! 90 days for what ?? nobody is going to remember to request a refund 90 days later. I ordered a few days ago

I ordered a few days ago, and didn’t receive a confirmation email which is weird. Usually when you purchase something you at least get a confirmation email. I have no idea what my order number is or if it’s a been shipped. I was gonna order my son some clothes but after this experience and reading the reviews, I’ve changed my mind.
