A total SCAM! My order never arrived. Their website has disappeared! I can’t get my money back. Do not ever buy anything from Facebook ads. A total scam. Thieves!
Total Scam do not buy anything from this site
SCAM!!!! All these sites claiming to be mother daughter collabs are fake. Clothes come from China, worse quality than shein. There's grainne and aoife etc and there are also French versions of the scam - all featuring mother and daughter storylines. Do not engage!!!!
Scam....pretend to an Irish company with a shop in Galway..the invoice comes from Hannah&chloe..you may also see them pretending to Ruby...Maeve...Grainne and wharever
Clothes eventually arrive..they appear to be reselling cheap Temu stuff...made in China the label says..dont stand near a naked flame my advice
Total scam! The shop purported to be based in Galway celebrating their ten years in business. I ordered what appeared to be a wool coat and got a cheap printed polyester rag! Was offered a 30% discount to keep the ‘coat’ or the option to return it to China with payment of customs and duty, obviously far outweighing the cost of the item. They are reinventing themselves on instagram as a shop based in Waterford, please beware!
I ordered item on November 19th order no 2059 and still waiting for it . I am unable to track it and after numerous emails I still haven't received it.
Very unhappy with this company and this service. I would not recommend it to anyone
OK.so I saw a lovely coat on the Web site.200e reduced to 79.00 in the sale.
So I went with it as the company is in church street Galway. So I trusted it.
This coat came from China. Went all over main land China.into France and then stayed in Holand for about a week.i was not holding out much hope on quility of the coat at all.
I was right.very cheap and shiny fabric.
Lined but no label.
I have not brothered sending back as I know it's a waste of time.
And to top it all same coat on Tumu 26 eueo.i had too laugh. If I had got in on Tumu I would have got it quicker.
Very misleading and they need to be called out on it before more people get mislead.
Great Web site and the story of how the 2 girls started the buisness and so on.Sray well clear.Dont even want to give them 1 star.no stars is what's needed.
SCAM- ordered via instagram advert. I received my order, and the item is not as described. It has no label, the quality is poor, and it looks completely different to the images on the website. No return information was included in the package.
I ordered items from this website and find them impossible to deal with. they have no contact phone no. They do respond to your emails when requesting information about when you will have your delivery all very apologetic and vague, stating they will look into it for you , but then you dont hear from them. They are based in Ireland but their products are from china and they have exactly the same items for sale on a website called Temu at a fraction of the cost. I dont expect to get my order anytime soon as I've given up trying to find out when it will be delivered.. Steer clear of this website as I feel they are a front for a scam
