Awful - AVOID THIS WEBSITE

Awful, I bought an inscribed jar from here as a gift - when it arrived the writing was so faint you couldn’t read it - so essentially I paid for a personalised item when in fact I could’ve bought the thing I actually received from a poundshop! AVOID THIS - the photo’s on the website are nothing like what you’ll receive. It took them a week to respond and they said just send it back and wait for a refund - so they’d have my money and the shoddy product - DO NOT SHOP HERE

This company is a total joke placed an order on Monday 7th July 2025 for delivery on or by Thursday 10th July 2025 only to receive a message via Not on the high street on the 10th that the item will not be despatched until Friday 11th July this is to late for me & not the date it should have been with me. i HAVE SENT THIS COMPANY MESSAGES VIA NOT ON THE HIGH STREET WEBSITE IV ALSO SENT THEM PRIVATE EMAIL VIA THERE WEBSITE & EVEN ON FACEBOOK WITH NO REPLY AT ALL. Please please DONT BUY FROM THESE WHAT A JOKE.
