Everything I see on this site is beautiful, I want almost everything I see. The colors are vibrant and you really have an idea of what things will look like once you received them.

Again I get a useless reply to my many emails but no shoes and no refund. As others have said the clothes you receive are not the ones shown on their website. The material is totally inferior. I cannot believe I paid $75 for a dress I had to bin. The shoes I ordered July 2025 for $102 I have not received nor a refund. Facebook need to ban this company but they keep coming back with different trading names. Paypal have been very unhelpful. So do not buy anything from them and be careful on Facebook.

Always have had great luck. Been buying from them since 2023. They Rovk!!

Very poor product. Not as described. Expensive sweater. The return shipping is more than a product. Total scam. They will give you 15% credit to use on their horrible products.

Very bad customer service. The dress I received was not the same as the one advertised on their website. The website clearly states that they will accept returns. No reason is necessary. However, I provided them with my reason and photographs. They said I could return it, but the postage was almost as much as the item itself so they offered me 10% of the purchase price. Not acceptable.

I ordered an embroidered French pink sweater. Instead what I received was print Transferred French Pink sweater.
I have sent a photos of both items the website advertised embroidered sweater and what I received

Very cute. I was worried this might overwhelm me, because I am only 4'11', but not so. It looks wonderful.

I think some if these review are overly harsh. I recently ordered a sweater. It came in two weeks, is made out of nice, soft knit, and looks exactly like the photo. I think they have great designs, and am ordering from them again.

i wish they would give me an option to select minu10! They are dishonest, no customer service. Purchased over $700 worth of clothing, i was not happy with quality and sizing. I asked to return, which I did over 5 months ago and i have not received, not one cent back. I have been going back and forth - total B@%$& on their end. DO NOT WASTE ONE DOLLAR with this company

This company is horrible! I ordered a bag and what I got was completely different Knock Off so so cheap it smelled a plastic. In the picture it chose a leather bag with a beautiful carrier. The company refused to refund me. They offered me 10% of the purchase price and to keep the product. I told him that only do I not want the product I demand a full return which they replied with a maximum of 15% of the purchase price for a gift card to buy more crap from them. I will dispute the charges with my credit card company, Absolute worst company do not do business with these people.

I’m impressed with the customer service department. Emails are always answered and quickly. I have never had an issue or a question that wasn’t answered satisfactorily.
I have made made purchases and all but one was true to size. However, it may have fit so tightly because of my body shape.
I had it altered and Love It!
Everything I have worn has been complimented endlessly.
I wish there was a way I could review each item. That’s not really necessary since the reviews would be repetitive.
I am delighted with all of my new things!
My last purchases arrived more quickly than the first one. Be patient and trust that you will receive any missing items shortly after your initial package.

It’s so bad company. I ordered 2 dresses and paid $175 for that. It’s not look like on the picture at all. Everything is wrong the color, the size, the style. I will not pay even $5 for that what I got.they are the scammers. How they can cheat like that ?

The fabric was nowhere like linen it was synthetic and cheap and stretchy!
The design is nothing like what is shown in the picture. It looks like a sack. The undergarment was dirty. Never buy from them!! Bb

Dislike ,when I'm emphatic about a product and they send me another or push upon me another similar product,the Boho....terracota shoes , to see if it slides and, in return ,like presently with the boho splicing yellow shoes, I have been struggling to get them to solve the discord and mend their error by sending me the yellow inicially ordered.Reply I repeatly get is that e-mail,"Alexis ......." is inaceptable, being the one instructed to send foto of the terracota shoe recieved when, I ordered the yellow ones.

Soolinen makes beautiful, stylish clothes available at budget price. The shoes get complimented every time I wear them. The fit is great for me. I struggled at first, before I realized Soolinen sizing is based on what US sizing USED to be. What US stores call a small is really a med. or large. Now I know how to order. The sets are gorgeous, many look taylor made! Opening the package is Christmas every time! Can't say enough good things.

My order was delivered. B it was gone before u arrived home. I contacted the company. They wouldn't refund my money 2 my account. I wish it was a better delivery than just out 4 delivery status more like Amazon. I could have have had someone watch out 4 it. So it's to much of a hassle. I'm paying 4 items I didn't personally receive. My last experience was way better. I dont think I will order very this company again order.

The clothing is beautiful and quite reasonable.

Beware: this company is a SCAM. I feel like an idiot that I even ordered from them. They sent a bag of garbage clothes, not even close to what I ordered. Their emails are gobbledygook. STAY AWAY.

The coat I ordered was advertized as "LOOSE" but came in straight and fitted. I wanted to return it without paying shipping. I emailed them but never got a response. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I am 71 years old!
