Very poor quality for the item (a sweater vest)that I ordered- nothing like the picture of it- also, while I ordered the vest in "dark Khaki"-the color is definitely BROWN- very disappointing-- I complained and was offered only a 15% refund or a 40% gift card--- REALLY next to impossible to return the item- I will NOT order anything from there again

Didn't like the combination of colors

Didn't like the combination of colors. Necklace looks cheap and fake. When I asked to return it, all I got was a 20% refund which wasn't my preference. I wanted a full refund to return the merchandise.

I ordered the LARGE travel bag

I ordered the LARGE travel bag. I received a very small hand bag. I am going to report you to Pay Pal and contest the charge unless you send me the large bag I ordered and paid for. I am happy to return the small bag if you send me a pre paid label. I will NEVER buy anything more from your company and will let everyone know about your shady buisness practices unless you make this right. If it was an error on your part, I am happy to retract this comments.

Ad does not justify purchase

Its not exactly as shown in the picture. Its size is too small. Not happy with my purchase. Will see if I can return it, which i doubt they will. I think shein is way better then this.

A great disappointment from Soolinen.

I did not like the quality of the garments. The garments did not look like the pictures in your email.
The skirt was not made out of rawhide but a lesser type of material. As well as the dress. I could not believe that you would send me that type of quality of garments. I have ordered from you before and I was very pleased. I received so many compliments.
I want to return the garments and refund my money.
This was a great disappointment.
I could not return the items, because I have not received the shipping labels. This is not a long process. What is keeping you?

Picture is different of what I received

It took long time to arrive. The picture and what I received wasn't the same. Just a bad copy of the picture. And the process to return the items is very complicated. I will not buy again in this site.

The difference beteeen advertisement and reality

The blouse I received is nothing like the picture and discription that you gave. The colour is not apricot, but some dirty light brown, the material not linen, but something artificial and the enbrodary hardly visible.
