Sept 2024 - Booked the garden shed. Received no order confirmation mail. The mobile number doesn't work. In wahtsapp it shows some Arabic characters. No reply to my email. I have asked for a refund to PayPal.

Avoid Sonnens Petshop
Ordered a garden storage box on 31st August. A week later tried to contact for update on delivery. No reply to email x2.. Listed phone number does not exist.. Filed claim with PayPal and amount put into my bank straight away. Do they know of this scam company I wonder.
Avoid at all costs.
