The headphone amp has hum

Excellent customer service!

I ordered a usb-c charging option pcb for my Sound Bullet and mentioned that the outer coating of my Bullet is flaking and paint is falling off.
David at Sonnect recognized a manufacturing flaw (from years ago) and sent me a COMPLETE new housing within five days for free! What a great customer service... Thanks, David!
