I don't know what else to do

I don't know what else to do. Maybe I will get their attention this way. I have begged them via email for A MONTH... everyday ...to help me add my first song. When I type in my name... no matter how I try to do it... the box turns red and I am unable to finish the process. THEY WON'T HELP ME. I asked that they call me so we can both see what the problem is.. I have sent a screenshot... I have sent everything... lyrics, percentages, everything.....they have given me no help to solve the problem. I have someone who wants to buy my song and I may lose them because I can't register it. CAN ANYONE HELP ME? I am desperate. They do not post their phone number and now I wonder if they are all just Ai?

Regarding the process for adding songwriter information, please type the first few letters of your songwriter name and then select the correct entry from the dropdown that appears. Our team has tested this feature and confirmed that it is working as expected. We’ve also shared a video walkthrough and written instructions to help guide you through the process over email.

Not for roots music

I like that playlists can give direct feedback, but I don't think this service has enough reach to see real ROI for roots music artists. We're working with a blues/funk/soul (like Muscle Shoals and Stax) band. The album just charted on Billboard Top 10 for Blues, but most feedback on Songtrust is from folks who program more modern music (probably a younger audience). This is my second time trying Songtrust, but I'm not going to use this service for blues/soul artists moving forward.
