Fantastic from the word go. The organiser of the experience kept in touch frequently and ensured smooth running of the day and the studio staff could not have been any more professional and friendly. I would thoroughly recommend this experience to anyone.

Friendly help and a relaxed atmosphere, where clear recordings were created. The sound engineer was great, and knew exactly what things to chop and change.
A great day to remember, and definitely recommended!!

It was a special present from my husband and the staff did everything to make it a happy and comfortable experience. The technician was really patient and he was able to tweak my voice, sounds and pitches to make them sound as good as possible. The end result sounded perfect and professional so now we have a recording of a very special song that we can keep and cherish for always. Ricky did a briliant job in organising my dates and making sure I was happy.

The recording went really well and we had a lot of fun, I had booked this as a surprise for my husbands B'day! It was the first time he had done anything like this, it's usually v. enthusiastic karaoke. He was initially nervous but soon relaxed.

The technician, Chris, was great, thanks to Ricky for sorting it out for that day as we had taken time off work.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time recording my tracks. The staff were really lovely and very professional. I felt completely relaxed and able to enjoy the whole experience from the moment I was greeted at the door.

The building is in mid renovation but entering is like a different world, very friendly staff and excellent equipment. Throughly enjoyed my experience and hope one day to return. Thanks for helping to fulfil a dream

I chose the Woking location and had a fantastic experience. I didn't feel rushed at all and the staff made me feel so relaxed and at ease. I was very happy with the end result. I would recommend the experience to anybody who loves singing. It would be good to be able to book sessions online, as I found it hard to phone up during the week when I was at work, but this is the only criticism.

A group of us visited the Big Mouth Studios in Datchet for a team building/ office treat day and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience! We were a range of ages, men and women, mixed abilities and some more shy than others... The producer Jason was incredibly encouraging, organised and professional and he helped bring out the best in everyone. We recorded two tracks between us and had a lot of fun in the process! Would definitely recommend.

Overall, a very enjoyable and fun experience! Marco the sound engineer was new to the place so took him some time to figure out how to work out things but definitely made up all the time and was patient, easy going and encouraging. Would have been great perhaps to have our track tested and ready to go at our arrival.

My friend and I had an amazing time at our songmaker session. The studio engineer on the day was very professional and reassuring. He helped calm our nerves as it was the first time in a recording studio for both of us!

He was also very knowledgable and understanding in what we wanted from our finished tracks.

All in all, an amazing experience which I would definitely recommend to anyone who has an interest in singing or are just looking for a bit of light hearted fun.

From start to finish, I had the most incredible experience with Songmaker. Ines and Chloe were absolutely amazing at trying to sort out dates and songs, and spent a long time trying to get the right date for me. I couldn't praise them enough.

When I got to the studio, the chief engineer, Sotos, was absolutely fantastic, patient and calmed my nerves by running through everything so clearly and also had given me confidence. He is great and so passionate about music. It is definitely something I would consider doing again, perhaps with my own music next time!

Thanks again and would highly recommend to anyone who has always wanted to cut their own record in a studio, like me, or for those wanting to get into this on a more professional basis. Thanks again!

I've been to a recording studio before, but they've been dingy and sterile. I really liked the feel of Songmaker's London studio. A real homey-vibe. The staff were very helpful and patient. It took me a while to get into the swing of things, because I haven't recorded for so long, but I eventually got through my 2 songs, whilst playing my guitar. The finished mixes were really good considering the engineer didn't have a lot of time to do it. Now all I have to do is pluck up the courage to let my friends and family listen to them - EEK!

My sister and I had a fantastic time at our song maker experience. The sound engineer was very patient with us, ensuring the tracks were just as we wanted them. The owner, Ricky was equally welcoming and both were very hospitable. The office was incredibly relaxing with a fantastic vibe, overall a great day out! Would definitely recommend! Thank you :)

I love singing and often do Karaoke so this was the next step, I am so overwelmed by the end result and my friends love listening to me singing .If you love singing then I would so go for it. Thanks song Maker

Went to Milton Keynes studio and it wasnt made obvious where to go. Had to ring phone number for someone to come and get us from car park. Punk rock band playing downstairs and had to be told to not slam the doors as it was coming up on recording. Very cold old church up stairs to a small room in rafters. Old sofa and doors that didnt look soundproof. Recording booth was small understairs cupboard with spiders, not relaxing at all. Daughter pleased to leave! Recording sent through eventually but sure we can hear the band downstairs on it. Overall ok but not keen to do it again. Josh the sound engineer was very good encouraging.

The booking team were extremely helpful over the phone when i called to book in. The guy who i spoke to over the phone took his time to detail what i would expect from the experience on the day and helped to alleviate some concerns i had about the experience.

The studio engineer on the day was very helpful and friendly. He helped to ease my nerves and guided me through the song.

The whole experience was good but the communication level was not so much as annoying but didn't really put a good reputation across.

I enjoyed the whole experience immensely, the only problem being that it was too short. I felt with a little more time I would have been able to do justice to song I chose. But I'm still very pleased with the result. Incidentally, the email asking for my opinion was addressed to 'Meriel', I am Kenneth Moore!

Efficient, personable staff. Great equipment, excellent location - would recommend to anyone for professional services or as a fun, unique experience.
