Outstanding product!

This is a great product and we love how the songs are professionally tagged and how the quality remains at 320kbps. We have a pro package from Spotify and it's nice to be able to have some of the songs you want physically on your device for offline playing. Absolutely wonderful product. The only thing I would suggest is that the program not ask for your personal password for your computer. It can be a pain clicking the "deny" button every time. But that's the only thing and definitely not something bad. The software is easy to use and the customer service support is great.
