I didn’t like the cushion – it was difficult to inflate and seemed faulty. Shipping took a long time (clearly came from overseas.) customer service is very slow to respond. When I tried to return it, I was told to pay to send it to France, even though It had a Texas address on the return address label. Not worth it. I found a better option on Amazon.
Not worth it at all - and the so called risk free test is more or less not good - read the conditions !!!!!
They give you a lot - guarnties on the paper but more or less impossible to get.
Tested it at home inflate/ deflate / packing back in the
bag. It is not as easy as they the show.

Looking at the video to get more information i realize that is not the same product, valve is not placed in the same position.
So long story short - do not buy - i feel cheeted/ froud alike operation.
Not worth it, get something similar from amazon. The quality of the product is very low compared to what they advertise.
Also, beware, their return policies are written in such a way that it is impossible to meet their standards.
