Your provider is completely unprofessional and unfit to be practiced in medicine, and your company is scanning people

I told your provider that the medications seem to be making my negative thought patterns worse, she told me, there's no way that could have been happening in the amount of time.I've been taking it and insisted on raising the dosage up
I canceled that appointment and I canceled my account
Today I get a text message saying that.The appointment was confirmed that I'd already canceled.Then, I called customer service, and then they won't argue about it.Telling me I'd never canceled anything
I have emailed your company at least six times in two weeks.Trying and encouraging you to call me and discuss with me.The issues I had with the provider that argued with me about my mental health.Telling me that I was not having the problems I was having and must not be the medication, which is the only new issue in my life was that medication
Then, now I see that you're trying to fraudulently, build my insurance for an account that's been canceled.And for an appointment, that's already been canceled

Good provider, bad communication

My provider is a great psychiatrist. Understanding, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She can sometimes talk more than she listens, but it always comes from a place of wanting to help.

My main issue has been communication. I never received PA approval for my medication, despite the front desk repeatedly saying they would follow up (twice). This pointed to a pattern of poor communication.

The most concerning experience was when I showed up for an important session to discuss discontinuing my prescription, only to be stood up. The appointment had been scheduled a month in advance, and there was no prior notice. I waited the full 30 minutes, hoping she would arrive. Only after the session ended did the front desk call to inform me she was on holiday and offer a new appointment two weeks later.

This was very disappointing, especially because I value her as a provider. However, the ongoing communication issues and difficulty reaching her or her team have made it really difficult and disappointing.

The team blames the SonderMind interface and how it makes communication harder. I want to be understanding towards them but if they know it is a problem, they should be working to make it better not just taking a loss.

Great Experience

My therapist makes me feel seen and heard. Communicate is great.I feel safe expressing my thoughts and feelings and she helps me to come up with solutions that fit me.
