I SLEEP LIKE MY TODDLER!

At first I was focused on the pillow's breathing. I changed my focus to the soothing sounds of the pillow and I was fast asleep. Best of all I stayed asleep. The quality of sleep I've had this month is definately better than last month.

It takes time to get to use sleeping with the robot. hehe. After a weeks, you would not want to sleep without it anymore. I just have to focus and follow the breathing of the robot to stop my wandering mind. The robot is heavy so it doesn't go places on your bed.

The pillow definitely helps me sleep. But, I found that the software was like a Beta version, the user documentation is very out of date, especially for the phone app and the speaker is a joke. River sounds are like a can of marbles being shaken. The concept is good but for $600 I definitely expected to find everything working to the nine's. The extra cover is a convenience but for $50 it is hard to not feel that it is overpriced.

It works really well to slow down your breaths so you take deeper breaths and fall asleep faster. My favorite feature is that the robot plays relaxing sleep music because its very soothing. In the app you can choose what songs you want it to play. Another good thing is the charging wire Is really long so I can plug it in and Leave it on my bed so every night I just unplug it and use it. Definitely recommend because I was falling asleep at three am almost all the time, but now i sleep at around 11 pm.

I was excited to receive the product as it has so many benefits. However, I did not realize how heavy it might be, and at age 81 and slight build, it was too heavy for me. Also, the technical skills for setting it up and using it are beyond my ability. Sadly, I had to return it for a refund.

The blanket was very heavy. I couldn’t use it.
It now in a storage room.

I like the product but wish it had a stronger breathing pulse and felt it more overall instead of one area.

I have been using the weighted blanket for already 3 weeks! It has been amazing!! I am really sleeping way better than before! I’m already looking forward the sleeping time. The weight makes me move less and for sure I feel more calm during the night.

I’m a little disappointed in how fast it changes the pace of breathing when I’m trying to fall asleep. After just a little while there is no way I can follow it, I can’t take breaths that long - at least not while I’m awake. It doesn’t seem to react on my breathing even though I have that setting.
Also, my husband finds it a little loud. I don’t mind myself, but he says it keeps him awake.

It's only been day 1 since I used Somnox. It definitely helped me relax, fall asleep faster! Here are some of the downsides: (1) It’s a little heavy and hard so was uncomfortable to hug it while in bed (not really a problem when I'm sitting and relaxing). (2) My wrists and arms had to hug it kind of tightly to really feel it breathing. I don't want to try too hard to find a perfect posture/position to hug it. (3) I need an easier way to identify the buttons perhaps deeper indentation? so there's no need to find my phone in the dark, turn the flash on, and find the right button to click. (4) When it breathes in and rises, that movement felt a bit machine like. It distracted me from thinking it’s not a machine while I was half asleep. The breathing out motion is absolutely perfect. You know when a baby is sleeping next to you, you fall asleep faster and sleep deeper? I want Somnox to be that baby. If it has a baby breathing as a sound that would be cool.

The phone call is a very difficult way to communicate: I'm italian, you're from Netherlands. The dialogue would be a series of "Can you repeat?, I don't understand, ect.
In any way, I want to send the robot back to you and have a refund.
The robot is almost new, you could resell it.

It’s very calming. I’m a good sleeper in general! But I have enjoyed the peaceful sounds.

Sleeping with Somnox gets me asleep very quickly. I think I cant even fall asleep without Somnox. It really helped me :D

Although I like the company and appreciate the development of new products by young designers, I really hope that Somnox will pay more attention to communication (both internally and with the customer). At several moments in the process this was really substandard.
And even after I made this known and got my money back because unfortunately the sleep robot didn't have the desired effect on me, I had to find out for myself whether the money had finally been returned (neither from the receipt of the returned sleep robot nor from the financial settlement I received any message).

I use it nightly. When I awake and fret I won’t get back to sleep, the breath pacer and sound of the wind distract my worry and direct me back to sleep

It brought me back in my sleep rythem. And even sometimes I sleep before I put my ‘Botje’ on. After so many years of bad sleeping. This is even good for our relation. And when I am sleeping I automatically turn ’Botje’ in my Husband Back. So he can’t turn on his Back and stops snoring (or I don’t hear him anymore🤔😴). So it is a win win situation. Wel its very late I have to sleep 💤 now (I am no longer worried about falling asleep).

I really think this product was put on the market before it was ready. Especially for $500 it misses the mark. Low grade speaker that essentially limits dramatically one of the primary features. " Snoring sound" that cannot be minimized and a " CO2 sensor" in beta phase that does not really monitor my breathing pace. My wife describes the snore sound it has as " the sound of a plane constantly crashing"....she now makes me turn it off. I agree because it keeps me awake.

Big, bulky, like hugging a car battery in a pillow case. Not very pliable or comfortable as a pillow would be. Very odd rigid shape.
