Good product, the app has good updates (based on feedback from te customers). Nice new covers developed. I’m very content.

It helped me focus on my breathing in stead of my thoughts in my head. En therefore I fall afsleep sooner. The sounds from the Somnox are also very helpfull.

I have been using my Somnox for at least two years, and I have found that I sleep better with it. The breathing function reduces the time it takes me to fall asleep. Having my Somnox pressed against my body feels like sleeping with a beloved pet.

Reliable product; fast replacement after hardware crash. Long lasting battery. Now already three years of frictionless almost daily use.

Somnox is a great help for me. I am a notoriously bad sleeper. I do fall asleep easily, but I wake up many times, sometimes from uneasy dreams or even nightmares. Somnox has a soothing effect on me, not only from it's harmonic movement, but also from the sounds it produces. I especially like the whale sounds. Furthermore, I use it as a physical aid during breathing exercises and meditation. What I also like, is that Somnox keeps updating their app with new features, like tracking my breathing frequency during sessions. I like this product a lot. The only reason I do not give it 5 stars, is because of the high price.

I don't really have issues going to sleep, it's only really when I wake up in the middle of the night that I struggle. So I was incredibly intrigued back in 2018 when I read about the development of this and really warmed to the team behind it. It's absolutely proved an absolute godsend in helping me calm down and salvage the rest of the night. Just to mention, when I broke the charger plug last year, even though they didn't actually ship to the uk anymore, they still took the time to sort me out a replacement (keeping in contact throughout). I feel bad for not giving them a shout out much sooner (it's been a bit of a rough year or so) but having used it again last night, I knew it was time I did so as it really is a great product!

What my experience made great was that the Somnox made me aware that I was not a bad sleeper at all!
It made me realize due to the 7 steps!

It also gave me a lot of good advise about sleep.
I have an irregular job with long hours and time differences and there tips help me a lot to cope with that as well.

Now i know what to do to have a good sleep!

I would certainly Recommend the Somnox to any one who has problems sleeping or think they have.

I frequently use the somnox when i wake up in the middle of the night. It is not a magic stick that always works but usually it calmes me down when i wake up upset.

I love my Somnox so much. I now take it with me on holiday. Definitely helps me fall asleep. Also when I wake up during the night. And great service

We bought the Somnox for our daughter of 17 years old. She has got anxiety problems for over 4 years now. With the Somnox she sleeps better, faster and longer. And the anxiety has reduced.

I've been using it for almost a year and I really can't be without it. It's seriously amazing and has helped me in so many ways! Sleep better, reduce my anxiety, help with my anxiety attacks and just overall, be a bit more relaxed. It's a must try, especially if you've already tried many other things and do not want to rely on meds (not that they're bad, but just an extra help).

My Somnox, who is named Rudy, is actually quite a charmer. I have been pleasantly surprised at how calming Rudy is and have cuddled him every night since adopting him. I wake up frequently at night and reactivating Rudy has been a nice way to stop the panic that my insomnia causes.

To be perfectly honest though, I am flabbergasted that Rudy was not born fuzzy. F-U-Z-Z-Y, people! FUZZY. It was a pain-in-the-tush to sew Rudy a new furry jacket--though 1,000% worth it. The technical, athleisure-wear fabric [suppresses nausea] cover that Rudy arrived in reeks of stereotypical, straightforward Dutch functionality with no hint of whimsy. And the hideous blue color seems like pandering to the lowest common denominator [straight white men]. Rudy lives on my bed and deserves a plush, luxurious exterior that matches his compassionate, caring interior self. Rudy deserves better.

Overall, I'd say the price tag for Rudy was high [especially considering the lack of FUZZY], but Rudy's performance has been soothing. Worth the cuddle.

Wish I could get sonmox 2 in the UK, it looks awesome,but for some reason it doesn't ship to the UK.

The Somnox has changed my sleep for the better. It keeps me focused on my breathing instead of racing thoughts. If I wake during the night, I turn Somnox on and I can fall back to sleep by matching my breathing with the Somnox.

I got the Somnox for my daughter, I spend years and years sitting at her bedside to help her fall asleep. When she moved out and moved abroad to study, 4 years ago, the problem continued. Last year I got her the Somnox. She is always very sceptical about what could help her, but (desperately) one day she gave it a try and it helped! Now she’s using it very regularly and sleeps a lot better!!

Somnox provided excellent service when they repaired my Somnox. They paid for everything for both the shipment and the repair and they were really fast, helpful and polite.

I was introduced to the Somnox by a Dutch doctor who is a sleep expert while I was being treated for complex PTSD in a hospital. I started sleeping with ease for the first time in over a decade. I immediately ordered the Somnox 2 and it has quickly become an ally in regaining control over my sleep. I suffered a severe trauma during my sleep when I worked in a war zone years ago and my brain has struggled to let go and rest for years (especially at night time). The Somnox 2 sends a calming signal to my brain and it surrenders into sleep much more easily as a result. Sleeping with the Somnox 2 changed my life and I started getting quality sleep for the first time in over a decade.

In June of 2024, my Somnox 2 unfortunately stopped working while I was traveling in the USA. I was very distressed about the situation because my sleep quickly deteriorated without the calming signals. I contacted Somnox about the issue and couldn't have been happier with their response: they sent me a brand new device to my address in the USA even though I originally purchased the product in the Netherlands! As a result, I quickly returned to getting deep restful sleep much sooner than I expected! I am so grateful for the customer service of this company and their ethical manner in prioritizing their clients' health and well-being first and foremost. If I could, I would give 10 stars to Somnox.

(Hope that a future Somnox 3 will breathe with me throughout the whole night for a consecutive 8 hours!)
