Decided to try Something Different Wholesale to stock some items for my shop in Morriston. My experience has been amazing. Placed my order online and picked collection as the delivery option. Went over the following day to collect my order, and was met by a nice man, showed him my order number, he then went and got my order, he loaded my order into a trolley for me and even wheeled the trolley to my car, and even loaded my items into my car for me. Could not ask for a better service. I will defiantly be using SDW in the future. Great service, and great staff. Thank you. The Gift Shop Morriston.

My order sat at customs for so long…
My order sat at customs for so long that I had to pay UPS $800 on a $700 order.
It sat in customs for that long because the Commercial Metals form was not submitted at the time of the order being shipped. This happens on the senders end and when it is not done in a timely manor then it sits there until they get the form needed to release the order through customs. I went through this when ordering Something Different products through FAIRE. I was angry going back and fourth then, trying to get someone to send the Commercial Metals form. I then ordered from Something Different directly in hopes that this wouldn't happen again but sadly it did and I was charged even more by customs. Moral of the review is that there will be no profit made when ordering wholesale products that need cleared through customs. Just don't want this to happen to struggling small businesses where they are blindsided.

Would of gave 5 stars however it took me multiple attempts to get a refund for a mirror that arrived broken HOWEVER having said that, the items are great and quirky and the staff on the phone are extremely pleasant.
