Good site
Buying is good, lots of choice and at very reasonable prices.
The only thing that let's it down is the only courier used is dpd who are getting as unreliable as Evry and I have made numerous complaints.
Other than this they would have 5 stars.

I am generally very satisfied with…Great products and service, but the packaging creates a big mess
I am generally very satisfied with Something Different Wholesale.
The customer service is friendly and helpful, and the products are always beautiful and of good quality. Deliveries are also reliable.
However, there is one issue that really bothers me every time: the packaging. The parcels are filled with many small cardboard shreds. As soon as the box is opened, they fall everywhere and create a big mess. They also produce a lot of dust, so after unpacking I usually have to vacuum the whole area.
I work with several suppliers from different countries and none of them use this kind of filling material. I truly believe it would be helpful if someone from the company unpacked one of their own parcels. It would quickly become clear how inconvenient and messy this packaging is for customers.
Apart from this point, I am very happy with the service and the products.

We’ve recently moved away from using traditional bubble wrap and have introduced more sustainable packaging materials, including hexwrap and recycled, shredded cardboard. This change is part of our ongoing effort to reduce plastic waste and make our packaging more environmentally friendly.
That said, we fully recognise that sustainability must be balanced with ensuring orders arrive safely and in good condition. What would make it perfect is having a tracking that is more precise as it kept saying that the parcel is at its final destination for days before sending it to me and if I knew that it was at the nearest courier station I would pick it up myself

Always on time and well packaged...
Always on time and always well packaged. I have never had an issue with them.
The only slight criticism I can give is that they run out of some well-loved stock and can take a while to restock. I do understand it can take time of course, but my customers are disappointed when they miss out and I can't restock for a while. But it just shows how good the items are. The frog, fox and mushroom stuff is an absolute favourite!

My delivery was late due an error but…
My delivery was late due an error but was resolved.
However quite a lot of my order items were in bashed up boxes and felt damp.
I take these goods to craft fairs and like to supply all the packaging - doesn’t look very good on me when I sell the items.
