Steve was very thorough in examining…
Steve was very thorough in examining both ears. He cleared both ears of debri and explained what he was going to do at every stage. He aslo explained what I should do if I still had trouble with one of my ears.
I have to say he was very professional and done a very good job and have had no repeat of my blocked ear as I have been on a plane just recently

Friendly and knowledgeable my ear was blocked solid and the wax was extremely difficult to remove Jane persevered and manually removed large chunks of hard wax she was amazing and I would definitely use Jane again

What a brilliant experience. My son was almost completely deaf due to wax build up. We were able to make an appointment very quickly. Becky was brilliant, kind and professional and cleared the wax and he can hear perfectly once again, he is delighted and so am I! Thank you so much, we recommend highly!
