Lots of content however delivered in a very uninspiring monologue fashion. There was next to no interaction with other participants and minimal interaction with the trainers/ facilitators.

Long 8 hour days sitting looking at computer screen was quite tough

I have been a Student of STS for a couple of years meanwhile, mainly online.
This was my 4th in person course ans it was the very best of all!
Thank you so much for all your effort you put into your work - I will for sure join again if there is another possibility like that.

For a newbie it was a great course for learning about Tantric. The instructors were amazing.

this my first experience with somananda school was great: very professional prganised and the imparting of traditional tantric knowledge in combination with immersive practices in rituals very profound.

The Tantric Ritual Retreat was a very unique and beautiful experience. Loved it!

High level of authentic teachings, super well organized and efficient in any single detail. Environment and location very clean, spacious and even the staff always available to listen to many requests.
I've been many time in Somananda Tantra School, especially for Tantra Massage, but this course/retreat about Tantric Rituals I found it as the best ever.
Money well spent!

I recently completed Tantra Yoga Level 1 with the school. I can say that this yoga program is the best yoga course I have completed to date. The knowledge gained on the program is highly unique and not something that you will find from many other yoga schools. The teachers are very knowledgeable and are incredibly experienced, knowing how to guide yoga classes not just for physical fitness, but for deep personal transformation. I would highly recommend their yoga program.

Recommended for anyone who wants to make a real change in their lives for the better.

Lifechanging experiences with STS.

Ive done several courses with Somananda School, and i have to say they really care for the teachings, be transferred in a safe way, that can benefit ourselves and others.. The teachers are very intuitive and centered, that help students find their center and proper ways to exercise the teachings... i recommend anyone interested would make a decision, to use this Tantra school, it is a safe path to learn and enjoy the teachings of the past..

Tantra Massage Therapist Training module is a great start to your journey into tantra massage in a professional way. And yes your live wil not be the same after this course.. you wil become the better self without a doubt

Hello everyone. I hereby give my honest and sincere comments of the last course I was lucky to participate called "The Revelations of the Bhagavad Gita" (Communication with God) with Somananda Tantra School.
The teachings, the hidden messages and the explanations given and Revealed by the Head of the school "Somananda" where very unique and very simple to understand. There are so many things that people in our days do not know but these things can really help them to elevate their souls by understanding their purpose of existence and their own journey. I am very grateful to all the qualified staff of Somananda Tantra School that teach me so many unique and helpful techniques to understand my own purpose of existence. The unique information shared by Somananda it cannot be founded in any books or in the internet and this is one of the reasons that make this Tantra Yoga school so amazing. In this course of the Revelations of the Bhagavad Gita, "Communication with God" even though I already read it before, I was so surprised when Soma was revealing the hidden messages one after another by giving a lot of examples and further explanations. Also the hidden techniques shared within the book were very unique with lots of meanings especially with the practice of the same. There were so many messages but the one that really make the difference for me was the way to control and stop my mind from overthinking...I did follow the instructions on how to do it and once more I realized that whatever information is shared from the teachers of this Tantra School, are authentic, pure they do bring results for those who practice what they taught. For all these, personally I am very grateful and honored to connect with this school. God Bless them all.

As usual, STS courses are fascinating. The Bhagavad Gita is a very precious text to discover again and again, and it is even more precious to be guided in this discovery by those who can understand and experience it on deeper levels.
