Duplicate charge to my credit card

I placed the order your system eliminated the State out of my address and I now have duplicate transaction shown on my card. I only receive one confirmation and want your duplication cancelled immediately.

250th Anniversary Bottle

Placed an order for the 250th Anniversary Bottle with Liberty Bell Top. Order arrived today, wasn’t anything like the picture that they advertised. Not worth the $63.97 that I paid, I wouldn’t even spend $1 for what I received. Wish I could add pictures to this review then you could see what a scam this company is. I emailed them right away asking for a Return Shipping Label, then I notified my Credit Card Company & filed a complaint & dispute on my CC Charge.
Lowest star was 1, which is more than this company deserves.

I like the item.

I like the item, purchased a few and now wait for delivery as promised. Once the items are received, I will be better prepared to giving my opinion.

Ordering process lacks communication and detailed description

Ordering process lacks communication. Order confirmation, status and tracking is important. COMMUNICATE!
In addition, the item(s) should have a 360 view not just front view. It's like you are hiding something. And there needs to be a more detailed description of items. Gift box or not? Individually boxed or not. The lack of detail is also like you are hiding something. I may be surprised, but I'm not expecting much upon arrival of items purchased. Of course, because of the lack of communication, I have no idea when that will be!
