The worse company that I ever had long distance.. first time I spoke w someone they told me i will have my service in 24 hr ,, after 5 days my phone wasn’t connected. I talk w customer service:they asked me 10 times for my address totally lost people . They don’t have clue what they are doing . On the end I had to cancel my service after 20 min.. the worst company.. i will never recommend to anyone. If is star for review-10 that what I will give to them

I almost gave it 4 star because it doesn't have Kitchen screens BUT it still an amazing solution compared to the rest out here ( trust me on that one )

We have been using Solvr for the past 2 years, this system is working great for us, very user friendly. If there is an issue, which is very rare, they are always there to help immediately! I would definitely recommend.

The printer was having issues and the customer service rep was very helpful and fixed the problem right away. We’ve been using SOLVRPOS for a year now and it’s made running a restaurant so much easier, we can keep our customers coming back with the points and member system provided by SOLVRPOS.

The service is soo bad. I buy 1 system pos and can not use.

Very deceptive marketting, purchased product and requested an invoice for customs for my country. They even asked me what country only to find out later I got a cheap Chinese printer with a broken disk. Nothin like what was on the site, and they even had the audacity to tell me its an updated version. I reached out to the scammers and they said they don't do business with company's out of the US.
Before I made payment you knew well my location because I informed you.
Deceitful bunch. Highly recommend to keep away from this business. Thieves. Just imagine their chat has the same Robinson every day. Seems like only 2 rats running this scam, the other is a Malek.

The inventory tracking in real-time along with double screen hardware mixed with Startek POS software has been the most beneficial business move I've ever made! So many aspects of my day take less time, and if you own/run a business, you know that time is the most valuable thing you have!

Probably the best for small businesses. I've had lightspeed for a couple of years now. I believe it is a very powerful system that is within reach for so many small businesses. In my industry, there are a couple of common software options that others like me use. But they're at a minimum close to three times the cost. Startek provides me with 90% of the features that those systems do and gives me plenty of what I need even as we grow.

This is the best piece of software our company has every purchased. The inventory process and POS system are above all of the other software we looked at. The only downside is that the ecommerce side of the software could be more robust.

We have been using startek POS for the past 2 years in our retail operation. It has helped us greatly with inventory and ease of sales at the register. This year we added the Loyalty program which our customers really seem to enjoy. The customer service/support from Startek has been wonderful, very efficient and good turn around time. I am not satisfied the way they treated me as there customers they charged termination fee while i am still using there Pos serviced. I supposed to used 2 hardwares for my business but one month later after openning my business i decided to only used 1 because my business want to cut expenses during the pandemic but they did not appoved i am paying 2 services and use only one.And now that i want to terminate my Pos service for store closure they charged me on my card right away while i am negotiating with my agent and my agent assured me that there is no termination fee that is why i go for the termination the following day my card was already charged.
I am so upset the way they treated me.
