When do you guys start shipping. Order $450 glasses and still don’t have a tracking number

I was looking for new frames for my prescription glasses and found a great price for the ones I was interested in. Previously purchased another pair of sunglasses. Came in on time and well packaged , zero issuse .

fast loading on the page, easy navigation, fast checkout, great search visibility, and good discounts.

Everything was easy and clear to made it, just only one more thing you need to add at your site online to be perfect, give to your customer the option at checkout the opportunity to split payment when customers wants to pay with more than one method payment.

The RayBan I ordered have some scratchy feel on the temple of the sunglasses. It looks like it’s used, and a bit old. I am not happy, I wonder if I will get my full refund.

I have not recieved an update on shipment and no one has reached out to contact me back about it it has been 2 weeks

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! I PLACED AN ORDER BACK IN JANUARY 5TH AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY GLASSESS. MY FIRST ORDER THEY STATED THEY WERE WAITING ON MY GLASSES TO COME AND WHEN I REACHED OUT IT WAS 4 WEEKS AFTER THE DATE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME. THEN I DID A REPLACEMENT ORDER AND THEY ARRIVED WITH OUT MY PRESCRIPTION. I SENT THEM BACK THE SAME DAY AND THEY RECEIVED THEM AND WAS SUPPOSED TO PUT MY PRESCRIPTION LENS IN AND I HAD TO CALL THEM A WEEK LATER AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE SHIPPING OUT AND STILL A WEEK LATER I STILL DID NOT RECEIVE THEM. CALLED BACK AND THEN WAS TOLD THE FRAME WAS DAMAGED WHEN THEY WERE FITTING THE LENS IN AND STATED MY ORIGINAL GLASSES I ORDERED HAD FINALLY CAME IN AND LAST WEEK ON MONDAY THEY STATED THEY WOULD BE SHIPPED OUT AND HERE IS ANOTHER WEEK GONE BY AND STILL NO GLASSES. THEY STATED THE ONLY THING THEY WOULD DO WAS JUST GIVE ME PRIORITY SHIPPING AND NOTHING ELSE TO COMPENSATE. I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED AND WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!

saw an add for new sunnies and on a whim bought them. the process was quick and could not have been easier. highly recommend!

This is insane!!! It’s been 2 weeks since I ordered a pair of sunglasses from them, and all I keep receiving is the same replies back to back. Excuses back to back.
They’re telling me that some YSL glasses I ordered are overseas and that they have a delay. This seems so fishy.
I have a bad feeling about this!!!!!!!!

Terrible! My order was canceled with no explanation. This was a gift and was expecting it to be delivered soon. I even received an email confirming it was being shipped.

I was really happy with my experience. They had what I wanted, sent what I ordered and got them to me before they promised. Their integration with the Shop app made tracking very simple. I'd definitely order from them again without hesitation.

I have not received my sunglasses yet. It was supposed to be 2-3 day shipping and it’s been 7 days and no sunglasses yet.

Has been over a week and no follow up email for my order, no shipping info. Feels like I got scammed. Never buying here again
