Spent €200 message was not home for delivery was not delivered to alternate station for pickup. Never have responded. Bought in July now December. No website /no customer service/ no possible way to contact. Basically robbed me of my $ .So hard
To trust anyone online purchases. Only majors. Sad when you want to support small biz and experiences like this deter you from doing so.

I returned my order and now they stopped answering me… I am missing 120€ and no chance for me to get my money back.

I wish I'd had read these reviews BEFORE I purchased. False advertising does not even come close.

I purchased two swimsuits, the black Lena - does not tan through at all, not one big completely false. Not only that but private areas are not private in this excuse for a swimsuit.

When contacting about the Scarlet swimsuit, I had not worn and requested a return and refund. I have emailed multiple times to which not response was met.

Absolutely avoid this company is the best advise you could receive.

Completely see-through. When I saw the nipple covers I knew I had made a mistake.
Waste of money and tried to contact them for a refund but did not get a reply.

Bought 4 bikinis substantial outlay.
Did not deliver. No response to request to either deliver or refund.
Have lost aprox $200!!!!!

Absolutely shocking service. Upon receipt of my swimwear I was shocked at the poor quality, totally see and arrived with rubber nipple covers with each item. I returned my items straight away at cost to myself. Return was tracked and arrived within 7days. It is now over 30days I have sent several emails and still waiting for my refund.

I ordered 3 bikinis on the 17th of July and since the 19th of July the status on the order is "this shipment is on its way" When I try to check it further it seems like the order is at the warehouse waiting for the carrier to pick it up. I´ve tried to send numerous of e-mails to more than one e-mail adress but I´ve not received any reply.
I´m very disappointed and frustrated because of this and would not recommend this company to anyone.
I´m willing to change this review if the service improves and I get some answers.

Poor customer service! I wanted to return the costume as it was too big, they negotiated a 25% refund which never arrived. Now stuck with a costume I can’t wear that cost £40. Avoid this company as they will not accept returns unless the buyer pays for postage to China

Total scam.... product so bad and no response from customer service...

SCAM.
1) Photos of the product on the web and how product looks in real life is completely different. Especially male swimwear.
2) Male swimwear doesnt have extra support as all swim shorts, so all your body parts can be seem moving when you move.
3) Refund is possible only theoretically. In reality they ignore you a lot and dont give return address. Also at first saying that refunds are to USA, then that to Switzerland, none of that info could be found on their web. After 2 weeks of trying to get refund address, they just blocked us.
4) They say than there will be no tan line, which is also a lie, the than line is clearly there, so all stated in the web is false.
5) The photos on the web just look to good, in real life woman swimwear is bad quality and shape. And as said the male swimwear is completely different from photos.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL.

Well if you hid the size right the first time, you might be lucky. Unfortunately the size is not right for me and customer care don’t reply me, when I try to get in contact with them. 😞 Be careful when you order!

I try to make a return, no one get back to me at all, neither to explain how or whatsoever. They ask me if I want to send me another size, I said no I want to return and I never heard from them again. I would not recommend this product to anybody.

I bought 3 different bikinis, they arrived quite fast, but this is the only positive thing I can say. The fabric is absolutely see through not like advertised. Also the quality of the sewing is very poor with lots of loose ends on the fabric. I tried to return them and wrote two emails to the address but no response after a week. I think the only way left is for me to call my credit card company and get the money back.
Don’t buy from them, because you might get scammed.

I hope anyone who plans to order from Solskin Swim sees this first.

Not only was my order lost in transit, and they did nothing about it, but they IGNORED ME completely.

I’ve had packages get lost before and the retailers either returned the money or sent a new one for the same price.

No, Solskin Swim answered my first inquiry and then disappeared on me. Not only do I not have the package, but this site pretty much robbed me.

Not to mention, their delivery times on the site are bogus.

Total scammers , raised dispute after returning items to the address stated we much they say is now wrong. They insisted that once I close dispute they would issue replacements and are now ignoring me completely . £65 no product no refund

I wish I could rate this zero. I have made my order a while ago, beginning of July, and paid for it in advance, of course, I am based in Europe, I cannot get a hold of anyone in the company to tell me where my order is. Obviously, would not recommend !

I ordered the bandeau bikini top.

It took longer than expected. Upon arrival it felt like something you’d buy from Wish or Temu. Incredibly poor quality. However if the claims of tanning through it were true I was willing to run with it. I have absolutely zero tan where the top is. The rest of me is now quite brown. But my boobs are absolutely white in a band exactly where the top is. Not only is the material absolutely see through (it comes with nipple pasties so they know this too) but the tan through claim simply does not work. Such an expensive mistake to be influenced by Instagram on this occasion. It’s absolutely a scam as the only reason I bought this was to avoid tan lines. They’re identical to wearing any other bandeau bikini top.

I ordered a tan through bikini, and was quite sceptical but gave it a try. It arrived fast, but the quality of this two piece set is really really poor. Had to cut many loose threads off of it, and the fit is off. The top is quite small and the bottom so big I have to pull it up over my hip bones so the fabric does hang loose between my legs. As for the tan through part - ONE BIG LIE! I am usually tanning topless, and had a good tan before I went to the beach in this top. After just two hours I had significant tanlines where the top had been, which means I'll have tanlines for the rest of the summer. We all know they don't just go away over night.
Don't waste your money buying products from this company - you can't get the same poor quality way cheaper on Ali, Temu and Shein

I ordered a medium bikini (UK size 10 to 14) because my partner is a UK size 12. It arrived about a week later but it is far too small. I emailed them to request a larger size, but the email bounced back. I replied to the original order email, and again the email got bounced back. I tried emailing them from a different email address, and once again, the email got bounced back. The bikini is mediocre quaility, and not worth £35.
Order #13666. I am happy to revise this review if they contact me and resolve the sizing issue.

UPDATE...
After using the alternative email address they suggested below, I did eventually get a reply from Solskinswim. They asked me to confirm the new size I required, but when I replied to that email, it also got bounced back. After several more attempts, they finally received my email, and a week later we received the larger sized bikini.

So it all turned out OK in the end, but it was an unnecessary challenging experience. Review updated from 1 to 3 stars because their email system still isn't working properly and the bikini quality isn't great.

Can't believe people give compliments for this company's customer service. Because I cannot reach them! Someone who wrote a review below had the same experience as I. Poor quality, no answer for the refund even though I sent 3 emails. The product itself is pure trash. Even though my standard is not extremely high but I just CANNOT wear it. So save your money!
