I had been looking for a car for a few weeks and solo cars were recommended to me. I had a Quick Look online and they definitely had the cheapest deals I could find.

I made an enquiry, got an appointment with April and decided to have a look at the cars they had to offer. From start to finish it was a great experience! April answered all of my questions, made sure I was happy and most importantly stayed in contact the whole time keeping me up to date. Within 24 hours I was driving away with my new car at a great price including an Easter egg and some sweets as a thoughtful gesture.

Everybody at solo cars were friendly and welcoming. I received a follow up message from April saying she hoped I am still enjoying the car which makes it feel like it is about the customer experience and not just “let’s sell cars”.

I recommend solo cars & April to anybody looking for a new car without the current crazy prices.

Simon made the whole process simple, put up with lots of phone calls and silly questions from me, always responding straight away. Car collected and payment made quickly and efficiently. I can’t recommend this garage highly enough, if only all businesses worked to such high customer service standards . 5 stars doesn’t seem enough!
