I ordered a crystal with plinth for my brother and sister in law who had to have their dog put to sleep yesterday 28 April 2026.
Wow, it's absolutely stunning, almost lifelike. Once it was lit up, it looked like she was in the room . My brother and sister in law absolutely love it and it has given them some comfort seeing her projected like that.

I found that the projected image on their sales website did not match what I eventually received. I was told over the phone that it would even be OK without a light base, which in my case was far from reality.
However after much back and forth the company did re-do it for me at no cost (using a different profile) which to be fair is pretty good with the light base.
Overall if careful selection of crystal profile and image is done, and a light base is ordered, it is a great gift idea!

Third time using this company and am very happy with everything I’ve ordered from them. All the items I’ve ordered have come looking better than I could have hoped.

So very happy with my tea light candle I had made for a friend. It is truly beautiful and she said it was the best present she has ever been given.
This is the second time I have used this company and without a doubt will use again .

I decided to have a crystal with my husbands photo who passed last year. The first one was lost in the post so another was very kindly sent out. More than a week later the first arrived but had been badly handled and was in pieces. I contacted Solid crystals and they sent out another plus a keyring with a light which is so beautiful. This company goes far and beyond to satisfy customers and more companies would do well to emulate them.

Top class, five stars will most definitely use again

I wasn’t at all impressed with this company.

The item page didn’t not have a section to upload an image so they asked me to email it to them with what I wanted.

They offered to send me a preview before making the item, I emailed them back with changes I’d like after receiving the preview, but they had clearly started making the item, Ignored my email and just shipped the item.

Item arrived today and the photo quality is quite poor, I wanted to wait until it arrived as you’d put up with the above if the product was what you wanted, but based on the fact this looks quite low res, this whole experience from start to finish has been a let down.

Exquisite. I ordered 3 small crystals with image of my mum and dad (sadly no longer with us) for my three siblings. They are beautifully crafted and when I opened the packaged I cried, they are gorgeous. I 100% recommend this company and will definately use in the future. Thank you so much Solid Crystals Uk.

Fantastic experience from start to delivery. The crystal exceeded our expectations and more. It is a beautiful tribute to our much loved cat, Stripey . Communication was top notch, preview images were sent to us for approval and delivery very speedy. We would use Solid Crystals again and heartily recommend.

We've now bought two crystals from this company.

There are some aspects of the order process & website that are a little clunky, but the things that really matter:
- the crystal and the placement/processing of the image within
- the quality of the etching and the 3D effect,
- the packaging to ensure that it all arrives in perfect condition

all of those things are excellent, so I've no problem giving 5 stars.

Wow, absolutely incredible product, It was even cheaper than other websites, with speedy delivery and even included a light base free of charge.

I made initial contact with SC and sent them a photo to review its suitability before I sent an order.
They were happy to do this and came back to me very quickly.
They also advised me what size to have (which was different to what I ordered) and I glad they did because it is much better suited.
Additionally they sent me a preview image which was very resassuring.
The crystal was delivered and I am very pleased with it.
Excellent company, buy your crystal from here! (And I am quite fussy so this is a strong recommendation).
