Ordered wellies 1-10-24 next day told…

Ordered wellies 1-10-24 next day told dispatched for delivery 4-10-24by Royal Mail, never arrived. Emailed Amazon got me in touch with this supplier got told a technical glitch ! Then told them I needed wellies for 7-10-24. They delivered this item on the 6-10-24 GREAT but don’t lie to customers and then email them to take their email complaint as negative feedback off their emails . Really don’t lie to customers if the order won’t arrive on date in the first place

A great experience

Quick order times. Great website layout, easy to navigate. Great quality products, they're the real deal. Great customer service too which is nice when compared to other companies. Plus when I got my shoes they'd packed different colour laces which looked way better than the original white ones. Overall just a great shopping experience.
