Fraud! Do not BUY!!!!!!

When we visited the Stockholm store at the end of April this year, we were hoping to find a pair of Nike Dunks for my wife. Unfortunately, the shoes we wanted were not in stock in her size, and a staff member suggested ordering them online. This seemed like a reasonable option, but unfortunately this decision turned out to be disastrous.

The shoes we ordered online never arrived at our home. This is extremely disappointing, especially since 6 months have now passed with no solution in sight. Despite several written inquiries and emails, we have not received a response from the company. There is also no one available by phone to listen to and clarify our concerns. What is even more worrying is that to date we have not received back our money spent on the undelivered shoes.

It is deeply frustrating that the company shows so little interest in solving this problem and is leaving customers like us in the lurch. I can therefore only warn: do not order anything online from this company to protect yourself from disappointment and financial loss. It seems like there are unfair business practices going on here and I hope other customers can be saved from similar experiences.

Thank you for your review.

I can see that in our previous email conversation, unfortunately, we explained to you that at the time you placed your order, we were unable to deliver to Germany and offered a full refund instead. You did not respond to that email, and we chose to proactively cancel your order and issue a full refund.

However, we now have the capability to deliver to Germany and can certainly send you the shoes you desire. Unfortunately, you will need to place a new order because the initial order you made has been canceled and fully refunded.

You mentioned that you haven't received a refund, which concerns me because I can see that a refund has been processed and issued. If you are unable to see your refund, please contact us, and we will provide you with the necessary information regarding your refund.

Best shoe store in Sweden

I recently had a wonderful shopping experience at SolePlus Boutique, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent customer service.

Best sneaker shop with good price tags

I ordered shoes from them and accidentally got the wrong size. I wrote an email and got answered within 10 minutes. The employee was more than kind and fixed my faulty order. The delivery was fast and got the shoes just 2 days after I ordered them.
Would strongly recommend for someone who’s out, looking to buy a pair of sneakers for a reasonable price tag and a well treating customer service.

Disappointed with lack of progress on size exchange request

I ordered an Air Jordan IV (Military Black) on 24 Nov 2022 and requested a size exchange on 29 Nov 2022. I have been in communication with Jesper from the store, and after going back and forth through countless emails, I have not received the item up until today, 24 Dec 2022. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, so I hope this review will help potential buyers who have never dealt with the store before make an informed decision, especially if they intend to exchange sizes.

UPDATE 2:
Today is 30 March 2023, and I still have not received my full refund back. Soleplus still owes me 400 kr for the cost of a size exchange, which I transferred on 21 December 2022. The fact that my email was not replied when I asked for a clarification on my money is ridiculous.

UPDATE:
On 27 Dec 2022, Soleplus decided to refund my purchase after I put up a factual review of my experience with the store on Trustpilot. Today is 12 January 2023, and I am still awaiting for my refund to be completed as I have not received it yet.

Quality service.

My first time buying sneakers online in Sweden. I went with soleplus because of the reviews and boy did they not disappoint! Jordan 4s arrived quick and their customer service was excellent. My go to place for sneakers now and will be ordering a new pair soon!
