Scam!
Do Not Buy! Sent me the complete wrong items and would not issue any form of refund or return as I ‘Had ordered’ what they had sent me. When following up with the issue, I was spoken to rudely, as they proceeded to tell me I had ordered what they sent, which is not the case. The Items do not seem authentic, with tags missing and labels quite clearly ripped off. Do not buy! Complete waste of money!

Hello Rosie, the item we sent was the correct item, and we showed further proof of this in your emails. In addition, we kindly asked you to send back the item you received so it could be reviewed again, however you refused. The item also came with the original sealed bag & tag, with no label ripped off. Please do not try and tarnish our name because we refused your refund after you tried to fraudulently claim that the item you ordered was different to what you received.
Great and quick service
Couldn’t find an item on the Dior website and I needed it quickly for my friends birthday. I checked out the site and found the size. I bought it and messaged for more details and communication was clear and professional. Service was amazing and the item was exactly as displayed on the website. 10/10 I would recommend
