They are a scam

They are a scam. I have never sined up for membership with them yet they say my next charge will be on 02/07/2025.
Charge for what exactly????.

This website is spam!!!!! Do not buy from them!!!! They take my money and I have never got my trainers! They have stolen my £150 now I have to rapport this in my bank! They completely ignored my emails and I have never received my shoes 😡😡😡😡😡😡

I ordered a pair of shoes

I ordered a pair of shoes, they charged my credit card, then they cancelled the order and I cannot get my money back. Customer service is a joke, I think it's a robot. Don't order from this company - they don't have the inventory they claim to have yet they'll take your money.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!Ok so I was 100% gonna buy a pair of shoes from them but had a few questions first… first question I asked was if a certain pair of theirs was wmns or men’s cause it didn’t specify. My next question was how come the prices were able to be so rude they answered and blocked me.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service! No wonder they have gone bust! - A company only ceased trading for one reason. Bought a pair of trainers which were too small so wanted to return. I emailed the customer services and returns several times and got no reply. After 2 weeks of waiting I finally got an email to say that they cannot accept returns for ''Legal Reasons''. Currently claiming with my bank to get this money back! - All in all very poor customer services.

I loved the shop spent loads of money with them in the past year, so said to hear that they have closed down.. Had excellent service and great prices.

ceased trading

when contact any of the emails, the automatic answer is:

We are sad to announce that the company has ceased trading.

So its impossible to do the return of any shoes.

But in their site there isnt any info about that, so probably they are trying to sell everything and then run away

A+ Customer Service

I have found their customer service excellent! Had a problem with the first pair of trainers I had not being wot I thought and I wanted them for the weekend so they sent another pair the next day so I would have them in time! Really helpful and fast response thru Facebook messenger. Next pair were perfect!

Perfect company

Could not fault the company! Was sceptical at first due to the prices being so good but have to say they have been exceptional. Placed the order Thursday evening but had missed the cut off-of for next day delivery so we’re delivered monday. But shoes were in perfect condition and the pictures online were a perfect match. Very quick at replying on both Facebook and Email with some great loyalty schemes in place. Will be using again, just wish delivery was a little cheaper.

Despite the wait they turned up and he loves them!
Just make sure you order in advance if it's for a present as they may be dissapointed when it doesn't arrive!

I ordered a pair of trainers of which was wrong size, trying to return

I ordered a pair of trainers of which after i realised i ordered the wrong size, the minute i realised, i tried to contact Sole heaven by phoning, emailing and also sending a message of there facebook site. I have heard nothing from them, customer service is shocking, the phone rings and then Disconnects. Now ive had an email stating they are out for delivery and on their way. This is an inconvenience for me as i know have to send them back, thats if i actually get through to the returns team, as i have no luck so far.

If your wanting to buy footwear, then buy from elsewhere, if anything is wrong with them or you need to exchange or return, then you will never have that option just as i haven’t.

I and going to contact Trading standards and report sole heavens for this reason under the consumers right act 2015

This company doesn't even deserve one star. They don't check their inventory and if you don't live in the UK and you get refunded, you might as well swim to the UK to get your money back because I'm sure you'll get your money back quicker. Horrificly terrible, its scary how terrible this company is.
