Having now completed three property purchases with SO Legal, I wanted to leave a review to thank both Dalton and Dylan for all their support.

The service has consistently been professional, responsive, and well organised. Property transactions can often become drawn out and stressful, but Dalton and Dylan were excellent at maintaining momentum while also being thorough in managing and chasing outstanding enquiries to help keep matters moving towards completion.

Communication was always prompt and clear, and it was reassuring knowing everything was being handled carefully and proactively behind the scenes. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and persistence made a real difference across all three purchases.

It has felt like building a genuine professional partnership rather than simply completing one-off transactions, and I greatly appreciate all the support provided.

We have today completed on the sale of our flat and the whole process has run extremely smoothly with So Legal. I can in particularly recommend James Halpin (Head of Commercial Property) who was so responsive throughout from the very first point of contact and quote to completion. It was not a straightforward sale with multiple parties involved, however James navigated all the issues, promptly responding throughout, resulting in a timely completion and him not deviating from his original quote. Would 100% use So Legal again.

My first telephone enquiry was warm, informative and reassuring.
The fee was explained and was a one off inclusive fee.
There was a deadline of about 4 weeks. The whole thing was completed in less than the deadline. Along the way I was kept informed in a friendly and open way, inviting any queries or concerns.
The invoice was detailed and clear and was as originally stated.
I was hugely relieved to find such proficient and professional people and cannot rate them highly enough.
