I purchased an Inkplate 10 and I am incredibly impressed with it - very thoughtfully designed with all the components that I'll need. They've also created an excellent client library for it, documentation, and their support team is incredible. Love that it's open source too!

Excellent Customer Service
I had a technical issue with an Inkplate device that seemed to be due to an issue on my end. I contacted support (via the Contact page on their website), and they were incredibly responsive to my request! Robert Sorić was very helpful, quickly narrowing down my issue to its root cause. He even wrote up some quick code for me to test on my device to debug further.
Within several days of emails back and forth (mostly due to delays on my end), the issue was fully resolved and my device is back to working order. They were also very responsive to suggestions about changes to their documentation that would have helped me avoid this situation. All-in-all, incredible customer support.
The downsides are that their forum is currently out of commission, though they informed me that they are working on bring it back up. Additionally, while their docs were reasonably thorough for someone experienced in the space to get up to speed, they did not cover frequent failure modes at the time of writing. Finally, I ordered a battery from their website, and my order was cancelled immediately after completion due to having to ship the battery internationally. It would be really nice if they would just refuse to sell it to me in the first place.
However, these are all fixable, and relatively small. The company has excellent customer support, and an open, hackable product that truly excels. Thus, I happily give them five stars!

Excellent service
I had one change after I placed the order to add some more items that I forgot when ordering, all communication was quick and easy.
The items were received quickly and undamaged, well packed and additionally protected by a small army of brave teddy bears carefully guarding all the items inside the package.

The place to go for breakout boards
Soldered website is awesome. And they have some of the best breakout boards at reasonable prices.
