Company wise I think what you guys are doing are is great. There’s not many companies that help you get selling leads however I do feel like the 35% referral fee is very high typically between agents We do 25% because a lot of our companies take 20 to 30% of our commission also. So like my commission is a 70 / 30 Split so I get 70% now you’re taking another 35% off of that i’m only getting 35% commission. So it doesn’t make you wanna work as hard to obtain the leads and do the backbreaking work and spend the money for advertising and such when I’m walking away with such a low commission and that’s not even counting the 6% I have to give towards royalty fees as well so really walking away with 29% commission

I lost money on the transaction. 35% on a low end transaction that took a year to bring to market. Terrible paperwork.

Could not have been worse. They were trying to sell my house but continually went awol and failed to return my calls. In many months of representing me they didn’t manage to arrange a single viewing. I got a friend to enquire and pretend to be interested in buying it to see how they respond and they didn’t respond at all. So I decided enough was enough. Don’t waste your time with them. I certainly wish I hadn’t!

I have to say that I wasn't happy with Sold.com over the last few weeks but my issue was resolved and I received a very fair compensation package.
