We previously installed our 10kw solar PV system with Solbase in 2021 and were very happy with the experience and performance of the system. Recently we got proposals and quotes for a 10kwh battery installation from several companies and decided to go again with Solbase on its own independent merits for this installation based on price, system and sales experience. Their sales consultant Felix was excellent, prompt and informative in advice. Managed to answer all my complex questions. Once ordered, the project scheduler and coordinator Shirin was proactive with updates and managed to expedite installation ahead of schedule even though I was aware of backorders for solar batteries in Australia. The installer Hamzah came a few days before to inspect and plan with me, and on the day of installation was very consultative, communicative, expedient and neat. He did a great job and explained everything as we progressed. Shirin even showed up in person to see how things were going. System was installed, configured and even after the installation Shirin continued to communicate with me to support any clarifications. Although newer to the AU market, the EsySunHome HM6-10 system equipped with 6kwh inverter and 10.24 kwh storage was stylish and neat. The app easy to use, understand with many control features and functions. Overall, very happy again with the second experience with Solbase and their team. I highly recommend them if you are considering your solar or battery installations.

We’ve had our solar installed by Solbase for some time now and the system is producing as promised and savings are as projected at the time of sale. We have now engaged them to add battery storage to the system so we can store the excess electricity instead of exporting to the grid and utilise it overnight or during a power outage. We are overall very satisfied with their service. Everyone we have dealt with was knowledgeable and helpful and they followed up and made sure we understood everything. Highly recommend Solbase for anyone making the transition to solar or battery!
