I bought the solar p1 3.0 an excellent escooter and had one little issue with the lights as they wouldn’t turn off so I contacted solar and the replied straight away asking for a video and sent the part out straight away

Fast delivery, excellent customer service

Ordered a front wheel for a P1 pro. Item came quickly but looked like it had been removed from a stock scooter as it had lots of marks where they had removed the tyre.

I emailed Solar scooters to ask if they had a xxxl helmet in stock before ordering and they replied within a few hours to confirm they had, the item turned up a week later after ordering on line, Great service thanks

Great company, delivery quick, products very good & reliable, scooters are brilliant very robust, we use them on the canal so they can put up with off road.

Took delivery of my Fflite Twist Throttle, Feb 2024 after many months of research. Was not disappointed when it arrived. If you’re a real enthusiast, you’ll be hard pressed to find this type of performance, design quality and build for less money.

The real icing on the cake however; when things go wrong SOLAR’s in house team are responsive. They’ll send you links to tutorials or provide general advice. In the event you need to send your ride in for repairs; they will arrange collection, issue a report of faults or issues, carry out those repairs and get it back to you. Simply Marvellous!!! Highly recommend this company.

This seat base fits the Emanba x6/pro. They will send whatever length bolts you need, i cut them down to about 20-25mm.
No Laotie seats fit the x6, this p1 seat doesn't have suspension on the seat like Laotie seats but is a wider seat shame there's no shock but there is suspension in the seat post. Im happy with it & the help i received

The Eclipse Race Edition has completely blown me away—it’s honestly the best decision I’ve made. The 2nd-generation magnet motor delivers over 16 horsepower, and you can feel every bit of that power. The 72V 45Ah lithium-ion LG battery is not just reliable but practical too; it charges from 0 to 100% in about four hours, so downtime is minimal.

When it comes to performance, it’s just on another level. I hit a GPS-verified 62 mph on the Race version, and it felt solid and smooth all the way. The range is claimed at 60 miles, but I’ve yet to fully drain it—even on full-on fun days that include a good mix of road riding and off-roading. I’ve never had to worry about running out of battery.

What really sealed the deal for me, though, was how much attention this bike gets. The sleek grey colour is a showstopper—so many people have stopped me to ask about it. I was originally set on getting the UltraBee, but I’m beyond glad I decided to go with the Eclipse Race Edition instead. It’s everything I wanted and more—powerful, reliable, and a total head-turner. If you’re on the fence, just go for it—you won’t regret it!

Went with the P1 Pro USA Edition, it’s phenomenally fast and excellent. The parts used are quality cannot fault it. Now need to buy my wife one so we can travel the paths together

Very quick in responding and very helpful

The battery on FF just never dies. Before I made the purchase I enquired what cells the battery has, Solar support told me it’s Samsung. I was choosing between FF or the Kaboo Warrior. I’m very glad I made the correct choice. My friend who has got the Kaboo (also why I initially was looking at Kaboo) has had two major repairs already in 6 months. And the after service had not really been brilliant. Im hoping my FF never has to go through the same! Thank you for a good solid product.

Simply wonderful, best value for money scooters you can get on the market. Warranty repair gets done efficiency. Looks great and the after service is breathe of fresh air. Got a Pure air, the support you get from Pure is substandard compare to Solar. Would recommend

Very cheap scooters. You will pay over two thousand but they don’t last for more than 200 miles without an issue. At 500 miles both your motors and controllers gotta be replaced.

Junk. No warranty. I am editing this comment months later to mention that solar is trying to get this review removed by telling trustpilot I never bought from them. This is dangerous and an infringement on free speech. Trust pilot is garbage too

I bought a e-scooter in July. The scooter has surpassed my expectations. The after care has been great; I had a problem with my saddle, a new saddle was sent without any cost. Communication is great (only via email), but emails have always been answered within 24 hours. I would recommend this company if you're thinking about buying an e-scooter.
