Excelent customer support!
We purchased an Ecoflow Powerkit from Solar Power Supply, which unfortunately turned out not to be compatible with our setup. While the product itself didn’t work for us (through no fault of the shop), the customer support was outstanding. The team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and understanding throughout the process, and they went above and beyond to assist us with a return.
