Excellent customer service while we were dealing with faulty batteries. The willingness to work with us to solve the problem was a refreshing surprise. They have made a repeat customer out of me, for sure.

Outstanding customer support! Rozen gave us accurate and helpful information with regards to our generator's arrival. We live in a remote area and often have difficulties with shipping. Not this time! Excellent Service!

It's regrettable that some one from Solar Power could be so disingenuous in distorting all facts about this project and this really tells the reader about their innate character, as evidenced by so many dissatisfied customers all around. Here are the facts:

1. The contractor was engaged and paid by Solar Power Store. I never knew of him prior to his appointment to this project. He was deeply upset about how Solar Power has opened cheated me in terms of installed capacity. He felt it was a reflection on him.
2. The original contract (open for anyone's verification) including Hydro One's approval, will attest to mutually signed contract for 10 KW. There was never a "revised" contract for 8 KW output, as they claimed. Let them bring out a single proof, if they are truthful. I paid them based upon 10 KW output capacity, NOT 8 KW as he falsely claimed.
3. Each credit card payment MUST be authorized by the owner, regardless of their sneaky retention of my card details. Release of payments is contingent upon satisfactory completion, as mutually agreed. It was NOT. This is a clear FRAUD case and I have already started the process of recovery.
Please come forward to join our hands together in legal pursuit against this repeat offender. Feel free to call or text me. We want one less black sheep.

BUYER BEWARE!!

We purchased a system in March and paid in May of this year, We have included a recent email that was sent
Initially when we contacted them, they were extremely pleasant and quick to respond to all of our needs and concerns and built a 8 kw solar system, and stated would work for all of our needs and more. Everything was great up to when we paid in full and the product was shipped. This is when things started to change (response time, support). Honestly, we don't actually have an 8kw operating system at this time! (7 months later)

Exert of recent email:

Your electrician contractor, was here on Saturday Dec 2,2023. He was able to install the override switch and the heater for the cabinet.

He was NOT able to get the generator hooked up to auto start when the batteries are low. He advised that he would be discussing this with you. We have asked you numerous times for assistance with this as the invertor and batteries are not communicating. As per Growatt they advise that SOK batteries are not compatible with their inverter (SPF12000 SPF DVM-US-MPV)

This has been an extremely long seven months of nothing but frustration, abuse, financial burden, lies (ie climatized outdoor battery cabinet, saying you will do something and then renege, stating you would get issues resolved in a timely manner), selling me a system that does not work as promised, threatening us that you have bigger and better lawyers, zero support and last few months zero communication (numerous unanswered emails).

Current and ongoing issues:

1     solar panels were installed incorrectly . Unable to tilt one of the sides as installed too close to the hill. (Your contractor threatening us when we       didn't want to pay him)
2     wires were not buried correctly and are visible on top of the ground (Your contractor)
3     no cables were provided with each of the batteries as per SOK website description ( in order to set up in parallel)
4     batteries were never set up (Master, 2, 3, & 4)
5     unable to connect bms from battery to inverter
6     generator will not auto start when battery percentage is low.
7     zero communication in response to numerous emails detailing our issues and concerns, forcing us to reach out to each manufacturer directly for support
8     GROWATT inverter not compatible with supplied batteries
9     outdoor cabinet that was to provide both heat and cool not supplied (added separate heater months later)
10     system you built was to last a minimum of 3 days as per our needs as we are completely off grid (request) does not
11     purchasing a $40k system that is not working as promised

We thought we had done our due diligence with researching companies and products. However there was not any serious negative reviews at the time we were looking and proceeded with them. I am leaving this review to hopefully prevent another customer from going through what I currently am

Very good customer service. There was an error in shipping as one set of components was incorrect. It is currently being corrected. Shipment came in very good condition

Great solar panels! I have 3 now. Link them together and they pull just over 300 watts on a winter day in Canada. I really like that they’re waterproof, no worries about corroded connections. They fold up fairly small and they’re light weight. I’ll likely buy one more. They shipped them out to me within a week👍🏻

Laura did a fine job trying to track down appropriate courier services to get the shipment as close as practically possible to my remote location. Tracking could be improved, I get that the certain legs of the journey may change couriers and they do not always track the same way but at the end of the day tracking is their to assist the customer and if it does not tell you where and when to the point of delivery it is somewhat useless. Overall I am happy with the service.
