On a visit to The Self Build Live Show at TEC, I met a member of the Solar Power NI team who explained in detail the benefits of a Solar Energy system and battery storage. The following week I received a call from Adam to arrange a site visit and answer any further questions I had on what they had to offer. Adam explained in detail what he thought I needed and provided me promptly with a quote to meet my needs. I was given a clear timeline on when the Install would happen and when the system would be fully commissioned. However due to poor weather conditions the Install was delayed by a few weeks but Frances kept me updated on the delay and when the Installation would happen when the weather Improved. Since the system has been commissioned it has worked beyond my expectations and has generated more energy than I was expecting for the Time of year. I currently have 17 Panels and 10kwh of battery storage and its more than sufficient to meet my needs. I would highly recommend Solar Power NI for the First Class Service they provided.

As others have previously said, the team at SolarPowerNI are all very professional, and very good at keeping you in the loop wrt timings etc.

We had a couple of delays due to weather (no one wants to be on a roof in a gale), but I was told about the delays as soon as was practical, and kept well informed of when the work would be rescheduled.

The rescheduled installations went really smoothly, and the work area was left cleaner than when they started.

From first contact to completion of work the Solarpowerni teams have gone through every step of process like clockwork.

From first survey to determine my needs, quotation, confirming installation dates, the roof panel crew and finally the electrics crew. All wiring was well concealed and every step went to plan leaving me happily assured I had chosen Solarpowerni to do my installation.

From initial contact with the sales team, through the site visit to the installer, I was very impressed by the professionalism and helpfulness of all concerned.

The installation was neat and tidy with all questions answered.

Solar power ni recently installed my solar panels, battery, eddi and a car charger. The company were extremely professional and treated my home with the utmost respect. They communicated all aspects of the installation well and followed up with all the appropriate paperwork. I would highly recommend solar power ni if you are considering a solar panel system.

I just got a Myenergi Libbi battery storage system installed by this company to compliment the Solar PV system Solarpowerni also installed in 2020. Service was again this time excellent and came a few days early. The installers were pleasant and completed very tidy workmanship. The sales and admin team also made this install seamless. This is an excellent system and already i am seeing the benefits. The technical team was also very helpful in answering any queries before and after the install. They can advise very clearly on any bespoke requirement's as no solar project is the same.

Excellent Products and professional service.

I called to arrange a quote and someone came out promptly, explained everything to me and submitted a detailed quote two days later. The installation was staggered into two phases. first the solar panels and then the electrician who connected it all, helped with the with app and explained things. The invoicing and payment process was seamless and super easy. Once it was all done, they sent over handover packs with all the required warranty documentation, information for renewable energy registration (back to the grid) and details on how to contact building control for a completion inspection. Overall a very professional experience and would highly recommend SolarPowerNI. I am a happy customer.

Solarpowerni have been great to deal with and have installed a solar and battery system into our building with minimal disruption. The project ran very smoothly from delivery of the products through to installation and commissioning. Would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

I have to say from initial visit to discuss instalation to the final job being completed was a very good experience. The work was neat, tidy and in no way intrusive. Overall a good quality experience and a company which deserves recognition for their professional approach.

Took quite a while to get the insulation completed due to progress of the building works on site but never lost interest or patience.

Once the installation was complete the paperwork was sorted very quickly.

System now up and running and delighted - particularly as I can see how it's running remotely on the phone.

Solarpowerni is an excellent company to install your system. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable and punctual. Installed the system neatly without any issues, the app on the phone is excellent as you can check up on the system from anywhere. So far it is working great even with poor weather.
