Easy to use and good

The site is very clear and easy to use. A shipping estimate is also given at the entry page of the figures. Customer service is great, and you can even merge orders that have not shipped yet. Prices are also good, especially early birds.

Trustworthy! all figures came nicely packaged and damage free including the boxes! i will say the "express shipping" options and such are misleading since actual shipping from japan takes 1-2 weeks then a couple days to arrive to your house but other than that all was good! :)

I can get hard to find figures now I can’t find it anywhere in America not amazon.com or on good smile and the prices are very good.

The shipping, even with EMS, was quite fast. It would have been even better if shipping with prepaid VAT had been an option, but I know that would have meant a lot of extra work for a retailer.

The shipping boxes are excellent. No flimsy boxes, hence no damaged product packaging or products.

The items itself are fabulous.

Bought a pre owned item, when you ask they add very good pictures of the item before they send. Solaris answer very fast on emails when you have questions.

I ordered a Project Sekai colorful stage Kusanagi nene figure brand new and it was already dispatched within a day! The rest of it was mainly a waiting game with Japan post and Royal mail but it arrived within the 5 to 10 business days as promised! Tracking was alright (even though solaris has no control over that since it's controlled by the parcel company's) and the Nene figure itself came in perfect condition, Brand new, the package also had lots of cushioning! This was my first time and I certainly had a good experience, definetly going to buy again sometime in the future!

Solaris Japan quickly became my go-to shop to get any figure from Japan, the service is so simple but so effective; no issues, fast shippings, trackings and everything regarding a purchase is well explained alongside useful guide tools to make the experience easier.

They sent the package in time, the package brought without any damage or broken pieces, and the store has some options to benefit the customer.

I bought a figure I had wanted for more then a year on Solaris because I saw that it was on sale and I heard good things about them so, I decided to give them a shot and I am SO glad I did. My figure was packed very well and in perfect condition when it arrived so I can definitely see myself buying from them again in the future!

The prices can sometimes raise very fast but if you have enough patience than you can get a very good deal. The shipping costs were quite good for my country (Germany) and the part were you can ask for pictures of the ordered figures are awesome.

they were super helpful with my anxiety abt the shipping and it got to my home in two weeks and 2 days it was amazingly packed and handled my only issue was the us customs and delivery to my home as the driver was impatient everything on japans side was amazing and handled perfectly

Even though I live in the middle of no where they still hand delivered and made sure everything was not damaged! The quality is amazing and is most definitely the best site to get anything anime from!
