Just what I wanted. I was looking so hard for this figure and not only I was able to find it here, also the quality is Top and service of shipping was very good and relatively fast.

There was no tracking for this one, when it came in the mail I wasn't even aware it got shipped. That said, it came in perfect conditions despite being second hand

i had a great experience ordering from Solaris Japan! i purchased a figure from their pre-owned section and was honestly impressed with the entire process.

The condition description was accurate (if not conservative), and the figure arrived practically brand new, the box still sealed and all. everything was packed securely, and shipping was smooth with no issues. i really appreciate how clearly they grade their pre-owned items because it makes buying second-hand feel much safer. i still would recommend them putting up pictures of the pre owned product, but i can understand that's hard to do for every item.

Overall, everything from ordering to delivery went perfectly. i would definitely buy from Solaris Japan again, especially for pre-owned figures 🙂‍↕️

Early bird discounts are usually the best price to PO... although I wish points could be used towards these.
Packaging is good. I have used the feature of changing my shipping option on release, which causes about two more days to ship out.

I ordered my very first Scale figure here,it was the 15 anniversary 1/7strawberry Miku. She was preowned and came in a perfect condition! The support also was great i had one answer and they responded very fast very great I recommend ordering here they’re amazing!

As far as sites that sell figures, I really love that they tell you what the shipping fee is before you commit to buying the item. This makes Solaris the best place to purchase figures.

Have brought a couple of items from solaris and the service has been excellent,my last order experienced a problem with postage but solaris refunded me straight away. I will definitely use again.

Customer service takes a bit too long to respond to your e-mails, and I had to pay extra for Fedex express shipping upgrade since JapanPost Express was suspended at the time. Ultimately, I did get my figure pretty quick when they shipped it out to Fedex.
