1. Uses sketchy shipper
2. Shipper submits photos that clearly show package of your correct address and another of a mailbox with a number on it that is not yours or anywhere on the package!!!
3. Website has a "cancel button" that gives you a message to email them to cancel!
4. They REFUSE to cancel subscriptions!!!!!
5. They refuse to issue refunds when they are clearly in the wrong!!!!
6. I will now have to cancel my credit card and issue a charge back investigation with my bank!!!!

Update...... July 10, 2026.
I received the package.
It was dropped off by the person who lives at the address that it was incorrectly delivered to. I have that on my security cameras.
The package was opened and taped back closed. Even the would be thief thought it was junk.

It is a PLASTIC cherry necklace.
The chain is thin and made of a cheap metal.
Definitely NOT solid or plated gold or silver.
Cheap.
The length of the chain is the size of a tight choker necklace that a 3-4 year old could wear if they could stand something so tight strangling them.

Packaging....
Decently thick though crafted with several defects.
Corner bent and wrinkled.
Poorly printed AND smudged company logo.
Paper that is glued to the card board can be seen through and shows the inner folds it the wrapping.
Sloppily glued.

Pull out drawer style with similar defects.
Poor wrapping.
Thin wrapping.
Can see interior folders and glue marks.
Interior and exterior corners damaged and wrinkled.
Interior corner wrapping is NOT pressed into corners.
Ribbon pull tab, slit over cut, glue blob visible on interior.
Inside of box is DIRTY with hair, dirt, and dust.

Genericly cut foam piece meant for necklace, earring, and ring combo.
Felt top slightly oversized.
Corners damaged.
Hair, dust, and dirt clearly visible on top.
Bottom side of foam missing a chunk possibly from pest rodents.
CHEAP PLASTIC NECKLACE ***NOT*** secured onto foam. Was thrown in boxes carelessly.

Jewelry "bag"
Made from CHEAP crafting felt.
Poorly seen on 2 sides.
Inappropriate stitching method used.
Single stich.
Loose threads in all 4 corners.
Singular center snap closure.
Flap does not lay flat.
Some dust and hair on it.
CHEAP PLASTIC NECKLACE ***NOT*** placed inside.

Two folded paper card were stuffed inside.

One was an advertisement and claim to enter you into a drawing to possibly win jewelry worth up to "$300".

The other contained a description of the, in reality CHEAP PLASTIC NECKLACE, as being "timeless", "stunning", "sophisticated", along with other buz words that are PURE LIES!!! In one part it promises that it "features a radiant red GEMSTONE" only to contradict itself in the next paragraph admitting that they used a RESIN bead. They claim the rest of the charm is "copper" while in reality it is completely PLASTIC!!! They also claim "titanium steel" was used but I detect none of that. Very light CHEAP PLASTIC with a very light, thin, cheap chain.

There is absolutely NO quality about this cheap piece of plastic junk.

Let’s start by saying that I decided to buy this subscription to the Solaire Select club off of an ad on Instagram. Not my finest moment. But what was advertised was that I would just be paying for the shipping and would be receiving a technically free piece of jewelry every month. The shipping was around $10 and I thought that was not a bad deal. However, what follows makes this situation much worse. First off the second I get a notification that my package has been delivered within the next hour I received an email stating that the monthly “shipping cost” has gone up to $25. Mind you, the box is about 4 in.². There is no way that it cost $25 to realistically ship this piece of crap necklace. What I received was a cherry necklace, which, by the viewing of the reviews that I’ve seen, every single person has received this same necklace, even though I filled out a specific survey stating that I liked simple and elegant, timeless pieces. This necklace that I received is full on junkie, cheap and hideous. It looks like it belongs in a costume store. If you go to the website, I will admit the cherry pendant looks very sophisticated and like a muted red burgundy tone cherry that could be very elegant, depending upon what the necklace was paired with. However, what I received was a gold chain, which by the way, many reviews state that the chain broke after just a few uses, and attached to that chain is two bright red beads that are see-through and look as if they came from a kids craft supply. This brand is a full on scam their false advertising and their customer service is the worst I have ever seen. After I stated that I do not like what I’m receiving and I want to cancel my subscription, which by the way you have to email somebody to cancel your subscription you can’t just click a simple button, they started persuading me and saying that they can lower the shipping cost by a mere seven dollars to make it so the subscription is only $17 a month. Mind you if it were a real shipping cost, I do not believe they would be able to lower the price magically for it. They also stated that they cannot give me a refund and that they want me to continue with my subscription, this is just one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a brand. It makes me wonder, why would a brand want me to continue my purchases if I have such a strong distaste for their product? This is hideous do not buy. I cannot stress this enough. Everything is ugly. If you wanna buy stuff that it’s overpriced for a 12 year-old girl maybe this is what’s right for you. However, I would suggest just going to Claire’s or the dollar tree to get something better.

They sent me the cherry necklace and while it’s pretty I personally prefer silver because gold doesn’t look right on me. Rose gold is fine but I do think that this piece is perfect to gift so thank you

I had my doubts, and when the little cherry arrived combined with that cool chain, I like it a lot, I don't want to take it off.

I have received my second piece, the first I gifted to my mother and she absolutely loved it and had so many compliments on it, my second was a beautiful gold paperclip bracelet which ive received tons of compliments as well. Of course I did not gatekeep im letting everyone know Solarie. Shipping is quick i just wish next month would come quicker. Keep up the great work!
